Hayes pov
I dropped to the ground and broke down . I couldn't control it any more why he what the fuck did she do to deserve this . I went into her room and saw wires attached to her and she was in shorts and a tank top she had a patch on her side that was full of blood .
I bent down and held her hand it was cold and pale .
I then started to speak

" Babe I know you can't hear me but I love you please wake up for me I need you em I'm nothing without you complete me you can't leave me with all these idiots here Britney an the two guys are in jail
I love you Emily so much it hurts I love you please wake up " I said choking on the last words .
I lay there crying holding her hand
I see Cameron walk in his eyes are bloodshot his hands are bruised .
He came over and held Emily's other hand .

" H-ayes " cam said with his voice cracking .

" Y-yeah " I said .

" t-thankyou " cam said .
" For what ?" I asked .
" For always being there for her when ever she needed you I can't thank you enough Hayes " cam said looking me straight in the eye.

" I love he cam of course I have to protect her and no problem " I said with a tear coming from his eye .
I stood up and bro hugged him.

Emily's pov
All I see is darkness . I'm trying To wake up all I hear is voices they sounded like Hayes and Cameron .
Then all of a sudden everything moved I'm standing at the foot of my bed . Hayes and Cameron are in there holding both of my hands I see everyone run in chelsie is crying so bad her knuckles are bruised and have blood on them . Matt is trying to calm her down . everyone is in tears .
I fall to the ground and cry .

" WHY ! Me please take me back please I'll do anything " I whispered the last words .
I felt a hand on my shoulders I looked up and saw ...

Angel and my aunt who both passed away from cancer a year ago . I flew into angels arms and cried into his chest .

" I miss you so much angel " I said bawling out crying .
I get up and give my aunt a massive hug .

" Emily this is the second time you either choose to stay or to go what ever you decision is we respect we love you very much " my aunt said with her arm around angels shoulder .

" I have to go I'm really sorry I can't do this to them I love you so much everyone misses you guys so much I love you so much " I said giving them a hug .

" Basically your going to be in the real world but just not in your own body you will probably wake up in 2 months due to where the bullet hit you I love you and go check on your family " both angel and my aunt said whipeing away their tears .

I now moved back to the hospital I see everyone sleeping in the waiting room . Chelsie is on a chair next to me . hugging me and crying . I slowly slide down the wall and cry to my self

and hopeing that this is all just a dream ......
