I was shocked to hear the word 'gamble' come outta his mouth. "C-Cup, we shouldn't!" Mugs started. "Why not?" Cup asked, tilting his head. "If we do that, we'll get into trouble, Cuppy." I stated, firmly. But before we could lecture him, the door swung open! He.was.gone!

"Ugh...Com'on, Mugs. Let's go get'm before he gets into trouble." I said, rolling my eyes. Me and Mugs run, to catch up with Cup.

MUGS' POV:
Ugh...here we go again. Me and Rose, gotta 'rescue' my brother...again! The stuff he's done in the past, was not that bad. But going to the Devils' Casino!...To Elder Kettle, that's a BIG No no! At least Rose is helping me! She's rational like me, but also knows how to have fun. I'm glad we met her, when we did. Otherwise, I would've gone nuts, dealing with Cuphead on my own! I know nothing lasts forever...but I hope that the three of us together, will last forever.

CUPS' POV:

I hope they catch up soon. That way we all can have some fun. I know I'm not supposed to come here, but screw it! I'm twelve, so I can do what I want! I'm standing here, at the front doors of the casino. I hear two familiar voices, and I see them running to me. "What took ya so long?" I asked them. They're catching their breaths, panting. "Cup...home...now!" Rose panted, in between words. "Aww, Com'on guys! It's just a little gamble'n. What harm can it do?" I asked, smirking. "Cuphead! Sometimes the machines are rigged, or you loose all of your money, just trying to gain some. Or you get cocky, and bet it all, and get in debt." Mugs stated, crossing his arms. But before they say anything, I pull them into the casino with me. They looked at me, like they were mad. "Cup, why don't you listen to us?!" Rose asked, irritated. "Com'on, guys! Just give it a chance. Pleeeaaasssee?" I begged, with puppy eyes. "Ugh, fine! But just for a little bit! Okay?!" Rose replied, angrily. 'Heh, she looks cute, when she's mad. WAIT WHAT!!! No! Bad Cuppy!'

MY POV:
I can't believe that I said yes! Ugh...those dang puppy eyes! Why does he have to have the cute puppy eyes! We walk off, to 'gamble'. I'm just gonna watch, I don't wanna get into more trouble! After a while, I check a nearby clock. "2:00, we've been here for 2 hours?!" That's it, I gotta find the boys, and we gotta get outta here! I look around, I can't find them! "Com'on guys? Where are you?" I asked myself. "Alright! I win again!" a familiar voice calls out. I turn my head, to see the brothers at a craps table! I stomp towards them. They turn their heads, and they see me. "Hey Rose, look at this!" he says, showing me a thick stack of money! "How...how did you get all of this?" I asked, bewildered. "We won it, of course." he replied, cockily. "Congrats and all that jazz, but com'on! We've been here for two hours!" I said, about to grab his hand. "Hot dog! These fellas can't lose!" a die headed guy said, with a sleazy smile. "Nice run, boys." A voice boomed.

I look across the table, to see none other than the Devil himself! "So what do ya say, we raise the stakes?" he asked, with a toothy grin. He pulls out a pair of red dice. "Win one more roll, and everything thing in my casino is yours, but if you loose, You owe me your souls. Deal?"

Cup nodded, and grabbed the dice. "Good gosh, Cuphead, No!" Mugs yelled. I see the dice land.

"SNAKE EYES!!!"

'I can't believe it! Cup lost! T-That means...N-No!'

"You lose! Now...hand over your souls!" the Devil roared. "T-There m-must be another w-way to repay you!" Mugs stuttered. "Y-Yes, please mister!" Cup added. I grab the boys' hands, and hold em tightly. "Hm...perhaps there is." he replied, rubbing his chin. He pulls out a piece of paper. "This here's a list of my runaway debtors. Collect their contracts, and I might pardon you two. You have til midnight tomorrow, to collect all these souls. If you fail...then I'll be the one collecting yours!" he hissed. "NOW GET GOING!" he roared, kicking them out, literally! "CUP! MUGS!" I yelled, running to them.

"Guys! You okay?!" I asked, panicking. "Ugh...we're okay, Rose." I hug them, tightly. "Oh thank goodness! I thought you guys were hurt!" I said, pulling away from the hug. "Come on, let's go home. And... tell Elder Kettle what happened." I frowned. We ran back to Elder Kettle's house. We stand at the door, heart rates elevated! I knock on the door, shaking. He opens the door, and sees our frowns. "E-Elder Kettle...we went...to the Devils' Casino."
