02 Memory Loss

As soon as Mikey got the message, they drove and scooted inside the hospital. As they have arrived, Mikey rushed inside and asked for the room where his sister was laid on.

Just as he was about to open the door, he heard footsteps coming from the room. It must be the doctor... He gulped and cleared his throat. He opened the door and what he saw almost had him stop his breathing. It was his sister being strangled and sexually harassed by her doctor.

Mikey ran to the doctor and punched him in the face causing the doctor's teeth to fall out. As Mikey punched him, Draken and Takemichi held Mikey's arms together to stop him from beating the doctor up.

"You fucking asshole!" Mikey yelled, "You choked and sexually harassed my sister!"

"Sister?" She asked.

The group froze as if it was a dangerous chant. Mikey looked towards the girl in utter confusion as he looked back at the doctor.

The doctor breathed heavily, "She- She has lost all of her memories!"

Mikey knelt as if everything had fallen apart, "She... Lost all her... Memories?"

The doctor nodded as he backed away anxiously. Before the doctor could stand up, Mikey held the doctor's collar and pinned him against the wall.

"Then why did you harass her?" He growled.

"I-I didn't mean to- Ah!"

Mikey cut him off by opening the window and had him turn around, looking at the long distance of the buiding, "You didn't mean to?" He asked, his blonde hair flying across his face.

He was fuming in anger, "Tell me, why did my sister lose her memories?"

"I...-"

"Tell me!-"

"Oi, Mikey!" Draken shouted. Mikey stopped and tilted his head to face him.

"What."

"You can just let the detective ask those questions. Look at your sister!" He pointed to the girl.

"Y/N..." He turned around to look at her, she was trembling in fear.

"I'm scared..."

Mikey quickly hopped beside her and hugged her, patting her back with calming words as she held his arms tight, "It's okay. Brother is here."

"I'm scared..." She trembled, "I don't know why strangers are fighting in front of me..."

Mikey froze. And so are everyone. "You can't remember... Me?"

She looked at him in the eye and shook her head. He trembled as he walked back and almost fell outside the window, but luckily Draken caught him on time.

"Thank you." He said, Draken nodded.

Draken slowly placed him down as he patted his back. Mikey walked to her as he reached his hand out, but the girl only trembled and covered herself under the sheets.

Mikey was hurt to see that. His little sister did not remember him nor anyone as her familiar. He sighed as he covered his eyes. "Arrange the flight right now."

They hummed in utter confusion as their eyebrows quirked,

"She's going to U.S." Mikey glared at them with his deadly stares.

Mitsuya tried to stop him, "Huh? But-"

"No buts! Change her name and her identity. You guys know our enemies will capture her and use her against us, you don't want that to happen," He looked at each member of the group as he spoke, "do you?"

Emma gulped and walked forward, "But... If nee-san is gonna be far away from us, that means she won't get to remember and know us! She won't get to feel how we want to treat her! And—she won't- she won't..." She started weeping and fell onto the ground, covering her face while Hinata patted her back and comforted her.

"Come on, Emma, you don't want her to get harmed, do you?" Hinata comforted,

While Emma nodded, she hugged Hinata tightly then to her older sister.

"I will miss you, nee-san..." She sniffled as she let go of the hug.

It was already daytime and the gang came together with Y/N except Hanma inside the airport.

Emma sighed as she covered herself from the sunlight, "Hanma didn't even come to see his girlfriend..."

Girlfriend? Do I have a boyfriend? Y/N pondered as she looked at the sun.

"You know that they have already broken up," Hinata replied with a sad look on her face,

"Yeah..." She nodded.

Mikey arrived with Mitsuya beside him with a big brown suitcase in his hands while Mikey held the plane ticket and her passport with her new identity.

"Are you guys ready?" He asked,

"Uhh, why is the purple guy bringing a luggage?" Y/N asked as she pointed towards the man's brown leather luggage.

Mitsuya raised his luggage and smiled at her, "You can't live there unless someone guides you, right?"

She chuckled and nodded, "You're right." She turned around and gave them a warm smile they'd always see every day even in their darkest days.

Mitsuya picked up the plane ticket with his free hand and walked to her. He wrapped his free arm around her like someone close. Usually, Y/N would avoid getting physical contact with new people, but she just shoved it off and stick with him as if he was a close friend. Well, in the past, they were. They would always hang out 24/7 before she and Hanma got together.

Mitsuya also had feelings for her, but she only treated him as a brother and a friend.

As the two walked inside the plane together, the girls teared up in unison as they both shouted the same words, "We will miss you, Y/N!"

Good luck, Y/N... Hanma thought to himself with his usual poker face while he stared at Mitsuya and Y/N walk inside the plane. After they got inside, Hanma turned around and walked away.

Back to them, Takemichi held his girlfriend's waist as he sighed, "If Hanma gets to say goodbye to her..."

Hinata tilted her head to look at him and sheepishly smiled, "Well, you know of their break up, don't you?"

"Eh? Have I?"

Hinata gave him an 'ugh, really?' look. He nervously laughed, "O~h right, I did..."

The group laughed together happily. Later then, they finally went home together.
