Diamond continues to run away from them. She makes a sudden stop before running off a cliff. She backs up and sits down, tears running down her face.
-Diamond: I, I hurt her. The people I'm trying to protect I'm hurting. Why? Please, why me? Why did you leave NightMare?
-Desolation: NightMare isn't near enough powerful as you are. Also, the pain you've been keeping hidden as been feeding me greatly.
When Desolation talks to her, her head aches. Though, not as much now. Diamond can feel herself slipping away from herself. Desolation has crept close enough to her soul to take over. Diamond feels weak, useless, with no purpose anymore. Desolation had taken all of her hope away.
Diamonds chest then feels sharp, and Diamond yells from the pain. Her vision goes to black, and she appears in the dark space of blue blood once more. She doesn't try to fight back, for she's too weak to win.
