The Key

Part 4

The next day, the girl happily talked about her dream. "So, I've always had the right one in my hand, but I didn't notice it. Now that the dream has taken a turn for the better, I still haven't understood what he's trying to tell me."

"But my child, it is clear," the father replied, amused. "Do you understand, father?" she asked, amazed and curious at the same time. "I knew from the beginning how it would turn out and what it meant."

"Tell me, please!" The girl looked expectantly at her father, who then explained what the dream meant.

"Just like in your dream, you already possess the key, you just don't know it. Just like in your dream, you put obstacles in your way. You wander around and make detours, even though the way to those doors is obvious. The key is your view, and just like in your dream, it was wrong.

You think that you can't unlock the doors, but that wasn't the case. You have been standing in your own way all along. Your negative view, your perspective has kept the door closed. It is the same in your life. Because of your negative outlook, in which you are a loser, nothing succeeds for you, and you are pursued by misfortune, you have been blinded and have not seen how much you have actually accomplished. Of course, when you think like that and have such a view of everything, all doors seem closed to you. If only you weren't so hard on yourself and realized that it's human not to do everything perfectly all the time, and that you can't always be strong and win, and that doesn't mean you're weak and good for nothing. You always set such high standards for yourself and despair and give up as soon as things don't go right the first time. So, it's no wonder that all doors seem closed to you. Turn the key that represents your view and perception, and you will see that it fits into every door, like in a dream, and so every door will be open to you."

For a short time, there was silence. The girl thought about her father's words and finally asked him, "But father, if you already knew all this, why didn't you tell me right away?"

The father laughed and replied, "I was waiting for your dream to tell you because you would believe it rather than you would believe me."
