Type: Emitter (Accumulation? I mean you kinda need something to use this quirk so-)
Description: Allows the user to change the bounciness and velocity of an object!
Benefits: Your an absolute menace inside, and you can hit someone from like a mile away
Downsides: Your a danger to yourself inside, make it to fast and it'll bounce around the room hitting everyone and everything. Your pretty much useless outside unless you ricochet
Super Move: 破壊の弾むボール (Hakai no hazumu bōru) (Bouncy Balls of Destruction)
The User can take a bunch of bouncy balls and make them super fast and bouncy, and not the soft ones either, the ones where they bounce to the ceiling to the floor and hurt a bunch, causing a bunch of destruction .
