Quirk Name: Hat Attack!
Type: Accumulation
Info: the user can gain abilities based off what hat they're wearing! Ex, hats with fireballs on it would give the user basic pyrokinesis, and fire resistance.
Benefits: You can gain powers based off hats, there's a lot of hats out there. You can also be extremely versatile in any situation given you have the right hat.
Downsides: You gain the power of the hat, but you also gain the weakness of the hat, overusing this quirk will give you massive migraines and headaches. If a hat doesn't have a design you don't gain a power, and if you take the hat off, you lose the abilities.
Special Move: デザイン攻撃でマルチステッチ! Dezain kōgeki de maruchisutetchi! (Multi Stitched on designs attack!)
By stitching on multiple designs or images on a hat, you can gain all the abilities and release a rush attack, however, it will knock ya out right after, and it takes a while to charge.
