We are liking Mei's new hair color. She was used to have black hair like her mom. Now, Mei has got the red-orange color look. Priya was surprised. "Whoa! Mei!" She exclaims. I extended my arms to her. I do got to see her new hair color close. "You're you! And you looked amazing!" I exclaimed eccentrically. Priya was impressed with Mei. "Red looks so good on you." Priya complimented. Mei smiles. Then, Abby expresses her glum. "Aww, is it gone?" She asks Mei. Our friend shrugs. I cannot quit staring at her pretty hair. Abby hears her out. Mei tries her best to clarify. "For now." She added. Mei seems concerned still. "But if I get too excited, it'll come right back." She replied.
Oh my god! Abby, why did you do that?! She pulled Mei's face skin. My friend was mad. "Ouch! Abby, What the heck!" Mei exclaimed. When she gets angry, Mei is still Mei. She appears to be puzzled. "Huh, something feels different." Mei said to herself. She seems like she got an idea. What in the world, girl? What is Mei trying to do? She instructs Abby to her left arm. Mei frowns. "Abby, hit me." She told her. Abby stares at Mei's left arm at first. Then, she efforts to punch her in the face. Wow. That was too hard. I cupped my nose. It's really gonna leave Mei a mark. She sits up hastily. Mei was overwhelmingly happy. "Oh my gosh! I stayed calm!" She added, exclaiming. "Something about you guys like...neutralizes the panda." Mei explains. I finally understand what she meant. I was heartfelt. "Aww, it's our love." I uttered. I hand-gestured my heart-shape. Priya gestured a sleep-tight. "We're like a warm and fuzzy blanket." She said. Abby gave her two thumbs up. She was still depressed. I think Abby misses the red panda already. "Yeah." She said. Abby really did missed that red panda.
Mei was getting her hopes up. "This means...I can have my room back." She added. "I can have my life back!" Mei exclaims.
I hold on Priya and Abby for a moment. "No." I said. I was in my mind for one thing. If Mei can soothe out her red panda, she can finally be with us. Not just for karaoke. Not just to hangout together. I was thrilled. My smile grows big. "Even better." I added. I was shaking at Abby and Priya. They realized what I'm going to say next. "You can come with us to 4-Town!" I exclaimed excitedly. Abby and Priya are enthusiastic. "Yeah!" They exclaimed in unison.
Mei encounters me befuddled. "Huh?" She wonders.
I have to explain to her clearly. "This could be our only chance to see them together." I added, I glanced at Priya and Abby. Then, I looked at Mei. I was ambitious. "We're all asking our parents tonight." I declared. Priya crisscrosses her arm. "We're making our stand." She stated. Abby agrees with me. "Yeah." She added. "You in or you out?" Abby asked.
Mei shook her head. She doesn't seem to be okay about herself. "Guys, I can't ask my mom. I'm a furry ticking time bomb." Mei replies awkwardly. She shrugged.
I made a witty comeback with her. I consider herself a positive side. "Of awesomeness." I added, singing. I have to convince her something good. If Mei goes red panda mode is what bothers her, I say show her mom that she will not go become it. That's what I believe that Mei should do for her mom. "And now you can control it. So just prove it to her, and she's gotta let you go." I mentioned.
Mei was unsure if she could do it for a moment. Something alerted Mei. She gasped. Her mom was calling on Mei. She became worried. Mei was shoving me, Abby and Priya to the window. "Darn. You guys better go." She told us. I have to put a but before I got forced to leave. Mei got us out of her bedroom. "No buts, Mir. My mom already doesn't like you." Mei utters.
I became offended. "Wait she doesn't?" I inquired. Mei shut her glass window. She ignored my question. "I'll call you, okay?" Mei asks me. Unfortunately, I was too shocked to hear about her mom. For what I really heard from my friend, her mom doesn't like me. Mrs. Lee really don't like me. Why? I got my right arm pinched at. "Ow!" I added, exclaiming. Man that hurts. I faced my friend on my right. I had known it was that Korean spunky girl. I was grumpy. "Abby!" I argued. She was really irritated. "No time for standing like a statue, girl." Abby directed at me. Priya was serious. "We have to ask our parents about 4-Town." She utters. My friends are right. The 4-Town's concert at the SkyDome is May 18th. The three of us headed to our homes to ask our parents.

It was dinner time at my house. Ugh. Salad again. My three meals a day from my mom hasn't altered. Every morning is oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries. Every lunch and dinner is always a tossed salad. I wanted a dressing instead of eating a plain one. My mom fixes me a side dressing to go with my lunch and dinner. It's balsamic vinaigrette or oil. It's always those two. Ugghh! I asked my mom since I was getting teeth. Do you have anything else besides a salad? My mom always again and again told me this; Eating salads will make us strong and gives us plenty of good fiber. Why do I need fiber for? It's like I don't know what a fiber is.
Anyway, after dinner, I was asking my mom and dad about the favor for me. My dad seems delighted to hear about a concert to 4-town. My mom has to double-check on me. My mom was bewildered. "You wanted to go where on May 18th?" My mom asks. I was awkward yet excited. "I was asking you and dad if my friends and I would go to see 4-town together." I answered. My dad acknowledges me. "I don't see why you can't go to the SkyDome on May 18th." My dad aforesaid. I was overwhelmed. "Really?" I wondered at my dad. My dad looks at my mom. My mom stares back at my dad. My dad was all right with me and my friends from middle school. My mom has second thoughts. Then, my mom kinda changed her mind? My mom made her decision. "If it's just for once with your friends, then we'll let you go." My mom replied. Oh my gosh! My mom fingers at me for something urgent. I have to hold my breath. I was ready to burst with excitement. My mom also mentions about the ticket for 4-town. "Since you're thirteen, you are buying yourself a ticket." My mom suggested. My celebration to ask my parents almost became a success. I became bemused. I raised my eyebrow. I really don't get her. Buy the ticket? BUY THE TICKET?! Do I look like I got 200 bucks here? I'm not certain what to say except only one or two things. "Would you repeat your suggestion please?" I asked my mom. My mom was nice for me to say her last sentence again. My mom efforts to talk loud and clear word by word. "Miriam...I said...'You're buying...yourself...a ticket.'" My mom answers. I was so concerned. Finally, I accept her suggestion. I headed to my bedroom for another homework. How could I think of school when I'm about to go berserk? I snatched my pillow off of my bed. I was screaming at it. It's cool my parents are letting me go to the concert. Of course, how am I going get two hundred dollars before May 18?! I have to share with my girls about my result tomorrow.
