[Aticaus x Shaun] A New Beginning

Who is he?

Aticaus' POV

I was walking to my friends clinic in Abita Springs, Louisiana. I came by often to bother her and the patients. Though I've never fully met her family,

When I walked under the not so long tunnel I saw the iconic sign "Boulin's Health Clinic". I walked near one of the windows. I quickly looked through the window, "Hm, it isn't busy yet." I said to myself. Though some blonde man caught my eye. I jogged to the door and opened it, I was greeted to a weird clinic smell. I walked past the black haired woman and straight to the blonde man.

The blonde man looked up at me. "Hi, I'm Aticaus. I haven't seen you here before." I said to the blonde man. "Oh, Hello. I'm Shaun!". He grabbed my hand and shook it. "Who are you?" I asked him.

"I'm Boulin's brother!" Shaun responded.

I looked at Dr. Boulin and then back at Shaun, "She's your sister? You guys look nothing alike.". Shaun paused and said "We aren't blood-related."

"..."

"So, what do you like to do in your free time.. Shaun!" I asked kindly. He smiled at me "I love to cook! I own a diner downtown.". I smiled back, though he couldn't see it. "Do you enjoy pizza?" I asked. "Obviously! I love it." Shaun slightly yelled. I grinned even wider, I think Shaun and I would be great friends!

"You know I own a pizza place, how about you-" I was cut-off by Dr. Boulin's patients entering the building.

Shaun quick got up and put his hand on my shoulder, "I'm not a fan of these people, they tend to bully me.. I'll be in the staff lounge." Shaun quickly said and speed-walked to the room. My eyes followed as he left the room, abandoning me with these people.

Dr. Boulin looked at me and said "That's the first time in awhile that somebody had a proper discussion with him.". I just walked away from her and entered the staff lounge.

When I entered the bland room, I saw Shaun sitting at the small table. "Hey, Shaun.." Shaun quickly looked up at me, he gave a small smile. "What is it, Aticaus?" He asked. I moved a chair right beside Shaun and sat down. "I didn't get to finish my question earlier.." I said.

"Would you like to visit my pizza place?"

Shaun looked slightly surprised, "I would love to go!" He grinned. I sighed in relief, "How about you come here tomorrow and you'll take me?" Shaun asked. I nodded "Uh, yeah I can do that.". I nodded and left the staff lounge.

For the rest of the night I was bothering Boulin's patients and making her own patience run out. I left after she threatened to shoot me with a gun..

Shaun's POV:

I came out of the staff lounge after my sister closed the clinic. "How was your night?" She asked. "It was nice.." I slightly blushed.

Tisha and I walked down to the car parked in the street. While we were entering the car she said "So, you talked to Ati?". Once we sat down I looked at her "Heh, that's his nickname?". She didn't answer and started the car. She started our drive home, "Do you like Aticaus.. is he a good guy?" I asked.

She glanced at me and responded with "He can be annoying, a lot.". She then focused back on driving to the house. "Why are you asking this stuff?" She asked. My heart started to beat faster "Oh uh, he invited me over to his pizza place".

"He did?" Tisha looked over at me. I didn't respond and looked out the window. "Have you seen Aticaus without his mask?" I asked. Tisha only responded with a simple "Yes.". 'I wonder what he looks like..' I thought to myself.

I was asking myself a lot of questions, my thoughts were quickly broken when Tisha parked in front of the family house.

"I wonder what tomorrow is going to be like.." I said to myself.
