Growing Closer 03

Dana was having breakfast with her mom, Episode 1 of Euphoria was being released today at 9PM. Dana was excited, all the cast members were too. Dana was talking to her mom about the whole thing, not giving any spoilers of cours since her mom was quite a big fan too. "So how about that Javon boy, is he cute or not" Her mom asked, curious about him. "No mum, but he's funny I guess." Dana smiled at her mom, she loved hanging out with her and she was even taking her to the mall today so that was a bonus. Dana and her mom talked for awhile longer and then they got up and left after paying the bill. Dana sighed starting to think on what would happen if everyone hated Hilary's character.

"Sweetheart" Dana's mom called looking at her.
"Yes mom?" Dana looked over at her mom.
"You okay? You seem concerned."
Dana just nodded as she got into the car smiling. Dana was concerned, she was worried sick, unsure if she was even fit for the role. Dana looked through her phone as they drove to the mall.

Dana looked out the window, counting the trees passing by. It wasn't long before they arrived at the mall, which was a relief. Her mom parked the car and Dana got out, she looked aroung and that's when she spotted Javon? He was with his family at least that's what Dana thought. Dana decided just to ignore him, she walked inside the mall with her mom. "Could we go to a couple clothing stores, i kind of want to get a new outfit" Her mom nodded, she had a pretty wealthy life but never asked for more then she needed. Dana was walking with her mom when she bumped shoulders with someone, they both turned around. It was Javon. "Shit hi, sorry" Dana smiled not really knowing what to do, it was awkward. "Sup Dana how you doing?" Javon smiled, he was with a girl which looked a lot like him so she just imagined it was his sister. "Good, excited for the euphoria release tonight." Dana smiled back. "Oh my god!! That's Javon!" Dana turned her head to see two girls with there phones out, Dana furrowed her eyebrows and Javon looked over at Jayla. He was hopping for a calm day, but wasn't gonna be rude to fans either.

After the whole picture thing, Dana decided to take on the request to hangout with him and his sister today. Her mom respected that, gave her money and left. Dana was chatting with Jayla, turns out they had quite a bit in common and she was a nice girl. "I remember when I was a kid i used to make these things i would call mud pie and tried to feed it to my parents." Dana giggled, Javon was looking at her the whole time. He took in her features a bit more carefully, he wanted to get into the conversation but just decided not too. "You're so cool, let me get your number" Jayla smiled at Dana, they exchanged numbers. Dana didn't have many girl friends, not even guy friends. She was pretty antisocial and kept her focus on her acting and future. Dana never focused on her relaxation much.

"Do you guys wanna go to McDonald's I'll pay"
"Sure thing" Jayla said.
"Yeah yeah" Javon smiled at her.

As they all arrived to McDonald's, Dana took a seat next to Javon and Jayla just sat in front of Dana. "So, how excited are you for the new season Javon" Dana said. "Pretty excited, I think it's gonna be good. I like your character a lot" Javon replied, looking at Jayla's face. She was smiling at the two "Careful, stare at her a little more and you're eyes might pop out bro" Jayla said, laughing. Javon rolled his eyes and looked away, Dana laughed with Jayla thinking it was cute.

It was coming closer to Euphoria's first episode to come out. Javon had invited Dana to come over and watch it together since it would be fun. Dana just made sure to tell her mom before hand.

Arriving at Javon's place, Javon introduced her to his family. Dana had a very friendly attitude so she immediately fit in. Javon then brought her up to his room, Jayla and Jaden decided to watch with them since they could make jokes about Javon acting in it. There it was, 9PM it was starting.

Fuck was Dana excited, her first big acting role.

"I'm so excited" Dana smiled watching the TV, Javon was staring at her again. Jaden and Jayla whispering about Javon's intense looking. Dana was too concentrated on the TV though.

Dana was grateful for even getting this opportunity it still felt like a dream, unreal. Dana also knew fans wouldn't be happy and would probably make rumours but she didn't give a fuck, her acting was finally going somewhere and being recognized.

Once the episode finished, Dana smiled at Javon. "Shit, that was good wasn't it." "Sure was." Javon said as he nodded. Dana took out her phone and looked at the time. "Shit I better be heading home it's getting a bit late." "Why don't you sleepover" Jayla said. "I'll keep you away from my brothers don't worry" Jayla added. Dana quickly told her mom. "Fuck yeah, But I'll have to leave tomorrow with Javon, we need to film some more scenes." Jayla nodded, leading her out and into her room. Dana and her talked for awhile and watched some shows until they decided to fall asleep. Dana was glad to be friends with her, she was kind and it felt like they had known eachother forever.
