Tw: Self harm mention panic attack mention of dead person swears passing out

Shit he couldn't just ignore George. After all george knew that dream had suicidal thoughts so he couldn't ignore him or else.... Dream grabbed his phone out of his pocket and answered he tried to get up but instantly fell. He felt his legs failing on him, so he decided to just crawl.

"Dream you scared me you took so long to answer are you ok?" The brunet imideiatly asked

Dream couldn't help it and started to burst into tears and could faintly hear george asking what wrong. He felt himself becoming light headed because of all the crying the shouting and the panic. He could feel his grip on the phone becoming more and more loose until it fell to the ground with dream.

All he could see was pitch black. The scared voice of george calling for dream until he heard the signal that george hung up. After that.. Well he didnt know, all he remembers is her.

A few hours later he wakes up in the hospital with a short but strong figure. His vision came back to him and it focused onto the figure. He could see it was sapnap, the one person he wished it wasnt. But he was just happy to see somebody here for him

Dream saw another figure coming into the room and he figured it was a doctor. He was correct about that but it seemed like the doctor went out to talk to sapnap

Quick pov change because rn theres not much to do for dreams pov

Sapnap pov 1st person

The doctor pulled me out of Dreams room which i was glad about because the tension between the two of us was horrible. I couldn't tell if he didnt want to talk to me or he didnt have the strength to. "So it seems the reason he fainted/passed out is because he was hyperventilating, do you have any idea why that could've happened." The doctor looked at sapnap and paused for a bit "Maybe some trauma like a panic attack or anxiety attack or medical condition?" Sapnap looked at the floor not wanting to out his best friend.

After a bit sapnap opened his mouth to talk but suddenly someone came running through the doors. Sapnap looked a was relieved to find George. Not in this state though as he was currently bawling his eyes out, but at least its George.

"Sapnap" George said out of breath, "Is he ok"

All he did was nod

George did a big sigh of relief looking at the doctor as if to ask if he can go in

The doctor understood and let him go in.

Its gonna be 3rd person now but only george and dream cuz yk. Gnf and dwt

Dream lying in the bed basically looking unconscious even though he is perfectly awake meets the eyes of george. His george. Wait what was he saying he just lost his girl friend and is already thinking about george.

George just looks at dream dead in the eyes as if looking for an explanation, and dream started to open his mouth but george spoke over him "If you ever feel fucking panicked sad or hurt fucking tell me or text me." He looked and dream and to the ground. "George listen to me-" "Dream why in FUCKING hell do i have to listen to you, You left me scarred i thought you did self harm i thought you were dying all the thoughts rushed through my head. You could've at least fucking told me about Annalise Clay." Dreams just started to cry.

He hated anyone who said her name. God just going to his house was hard without thinking about her. He had to throw basically everything in his house to hopefully help him, it just made him worse.

Georges eyes widen. He realizes he fucked up and goes to the blond and hugs him. He hugs him like his life depends on him. He never wants to let go, not until he knew dream was ok.

Hi guys so i wrote this the same day as i wrote chapter one because i cant sleep, but i probably posted it the day tomorrow or nvr posted it who knows. Anyways just wanna say next week i'll be pretty busy so dont expect uploads next week so this chapter is gonna make up for a few of next weeks. Anyways purple daisy if ur reading this hi :] i am deciding to post this today aka the same day as chapter 1 so im probably gonna hate myself for that so yeah also tysm for 4 reads means the world to me <3333
