(next morning)
(Tk wakes up and hears loud sobing from the bathroom and the voice of water running)
(He gets up and knocks the door)
Tk-(with breaking voice) ashu...ashu.meri baat sun
(Hearing him ak's cries get louder)
Tk- ashu.
Ak-kyun tanzu mere sath kyun (sobs ) maine kya bigada tha unka
Tk-tune kuch nai bigada tha unka (even he is crying now ) tu meri fighter hai na phir tu aise kamzor nahi pad Sakti
Ak-mujhse nai ho raha tanzuu (sobs ) mujhse nai ho raha
Tk-Ashima
(Both sit on either side of the door and cry for sometime)
Tk- ashu terko meri kasam ab please darwaza khol
(Ak comes out and falls on his chest....he sits there with her in his arms) and
Tk-terko pata hai tu meri sherni hai tune khud fight back Kiya Ashi
Ak- par mai khudko nahi bacha pai tanzu....nahi bacha pai
Tk-ashu tu aise nahi kar sakti Mai teri dhal banke khada hun tu jayegi aur f.i.r likhvayegi ok? Tujhe khud ke liye fight karegi
Ak-tu mere sath hoga?
Tk- hamesha (gives her a forehead kiss)
(After some time)
(Aktk in police station)
(Ak to a police officer)
Ak- merko f.i.r likhvani hai
P- crime kya hai?
Ak- Mera rape hua hai and maine self defence me 5 me se 3 ko maar diya hai
P- kya?!! Aise kaise maar diya?!! Bichare bachon ka bhavishya hi khatam kar diya
Ak- pehli baat woh bache nahi shaitan the and agar aap log unko chod bhi dete na toh me unko maar ke andar hona theek samajhti
P- areeee kaisi besharam......
(Tk comes and holds his color)
Tk- kya bola tu??
(P stands up )
P- sir
Tk- kya bola bache the woh Haan? Nadani me ek ladki ka rape kiya unhone bache nahi haivaan kehte hai unhe samjha ab likh f.i.r aur ye baat bhi mention kar ke kitni bahdoori se Ashi ne unko self defence me maar diya chal likh!!
(P starts to write...tk to ak)
Tk-police ki taraf se aapko full support milega aap ab apna case ladiye
Ak- hmmm (smiles)
(Ak leaves the police station and goes to home)
(While tk starts to investigate the case )
Tk- uss area me jitne bhi CCTV cameras hai unki photage nikalo
P- ok sir
Tk- aur tum is case ko jitni jaldi ho sake court me present karo
P- yes sir
Tk- now get to work
P1 and P2- yes sir!
(Both leave)
(After some time tk gets a phone from their neighbour)
Tk- hanji aunty
N- tanzeel beta tere ghar se cheekhne ki awaz aa rahi hai maine socha bata du tujhe
Tk- thanks aunty
N- ji beta
(Call ends and tk rushes to their house as soon as possible as he knew that there is no one in the house except his Ashima)
(Tk opens the door with a spare key)
Tk- ashu Ashi (he is damn scared) Ash.......
(His words chok him as he sees his Ashima crying, shivering and breathless........he hears her screaming"nahi....nahi maine kuch nai kiya mere sath aisa mat karo ahhhhhhhhh" he breaks down)
(He goes and hugs her tightly)
(He caresses her head)
Tk-ashu...bacha main hun yahan (he touches her forehead and finds out that she is having really high fever) ashu bacha tujhe kuch nai hua hai....mai hun tere sath.... mera bacha strong hai na
Ak- mujhse nai ho raha.....mai khudko protect nahi kar pai...mai mai mai (she is breathless)
(Tk makes her drink water)
Tk-bachha sirf Mai hun tere sath yahan aur koi nahi hai....sirf Tera tanzu hai yahan
(She hugs him tighter listening his Heartbeats and tk takes her in his lap while sitting on floor)
(After like 15 mins he sees her sleeping so he tucks her in bed)
(He sits beside her caressing her forehead)
(He is thinking about all this when something strikes his mind)
(Tk thinking)
Tk-ashu ne kaha usne 5 me se 3 ko mara tha matlab do abhi bhi kahi chupe huye hai agar ashu unka sektch banva sake toh......nahi iski halat bohot kharab hai aur waise bhi CCTV photage aane wali hai usme se pata chal hi jayega.......abhi toh Ashi ka case ladne ke liye lawyer chahiye.....arsh haan arsh theek rahega use bula leta hun
(He calls arsh and tells him everything as he is a very good friend of aktk he says he will come ASAP )
