If we had the strange idea of ​​comparing 2022 to 2052, we would have to admit that the changes have been somewhat drastic. Indeed, in 2022, our society wasn't so terrible, if we intentionally omit all the discriminations that were still in force and the political, economic and social problems that we suffered. However, it remains true that even before the situation was more complex and problematic. But now, thirty years after 2022 (so 2052), so many things have happened that even I could never have believed it possible and I am not even sure to be able to explain them. Afterwards, I admit it, I always had very little faith in humanity and I think I am not mistaken if I say that I was absolutely wrong.

We have gone through periods that wasn't always very simple. But today's society is what could have been considered before as a kind of utopia. And I think that can be a pride. Indeed, respect for all has only become more and more part of this society in recent years. Which means that discriminations (such as sexism, homophobia, anti-semitism, racism, etc.) is no more than a memory that remains ingrained in our memory, so as not to stupidly reproduce it. There is also the considerable loss in crime and poverty, in addition to the increase in social assistance. Clearly, it has become rare to see someone sleeping in the street and women no longer have to worry about being attacked if they hang out alone in the street. Society has changed a lot on this point, moreover, the population has become more courageous or less selfish, so it is rare that someone simply looks away when there is a problem. Finally, technological advances have been incredible. Between the improvement of the robots and the accomplishment of the project of the trip to Mars, I think that we can be proud of our current society.

Moreover, concerning the project of the voyage on Mars, yesterday was the first day of exploration of this planet. Of course I only know the information that has been released in the media but since they has become more honest and reliable believe them is not a real problem. So I've heard that their goals are to determine if the planet is viable and also to satisfy their curiosity about what is unknown to them. Personally, I find this rather interesting but I prefer to leave this subject at others. On the other hand, I can't help wondering about the events that we may contest in the future: what will happen after 2052 ?
