Ishina Uzamaki is the cousin of Naruto Uzamaki who is only older than him for 5 months.
Her mother was Kushina's older sister named Kishina. Both of them rivaled each others abilities. Kishina was offered to become the 4th Hokage but refuses because she wanted a life away from those responsibilities and also because she was pregnant with Ishina.
Her father was Tsunade's other younger brother named Tsuneo . He is a member of the ANBU black ops under Hiruzen.
Kishina died after giving birth to Ishina...when she held Ishina she passed all of her chakra to her.
Tsuneo couldn't take the sadness of losing Kishina and forgetting his daughter , after one month he took his own life. This made Ishina being outcast by the villagers for being the person resulting the deaths of the Hidden Leaf's best warriors.
Ishina became an orphan after one month after she came to the world .
Kushina took the responsibility to adopt Ishina thus giving her a temporary family.
Everything didn't end well especially when Kushina's seal was broken.
Instead of Minato taking half of Kurama's chakra...it was sealed inside Ishina the other haft to Naruto.
When Hiruzen arrived he hid the sleeping Ishina to avoid others on knowing of her connection to Kurama.
Tsunade didn't want to take Ishina because she wants her to stay in Konohagakure and she felt guilty for not stopping Tsuneo on talking his own life.
Thus Hiruzen took the child in his wing.
She was a prodigy in ninjutsu as well as taijutsu and genjutsu.
Ishina was well protected by Hiruzen and Danzo couldn't do anything because of her bloodline. Danzo doesn't know of her connection to Kurama so he let her be. But he is cautious of her especially since she is relate to Hashirama Senju.
Ishina became Genin at the age of 4, became Chunnin at the age of 5 and became Jonin at the age of 10...when she turned 10 she was almost at Sannin level. It means she's a little weaker than Oruchimaru.
Danzo knew of her excellent skills and even ordered
some of his ANBU to spy on her but all of them ended up being found out by Ishina. Making her on guard anywhere near Danzo.
Danzo's planning on planting sharingan eyes on Ishina on the near future when Hiruzen can no longer protect her.
