Arianna couldn't believe she hadn't realized this before. She had always admired George's handsome looks and personality. But she had other things to worry about like Harry.
She walked up to him and they started talking. "How could you Harry? And with LILY!"
He started to talk but Arianna interrupted him, "I thought you loved me..."
"Arianna, I am so sorry. I was going to tell you. How did you find out?"
"In the common room before the game. How long has this been going on for anyways?"
"For about two months..."
"HARRY!"
"Arianna, I am sorry. I really am"
She started to cry, "Well then I guess.. I guess we have to break up" She ran out to the corridor crying before he could say anything.
As she was running down the halls, she had bumped into George. He saw the tears streaming down her face and wiped the tears off her cheeks. "I heard... And I am very sorry. He is such a jerk for cheating on you." He hugged her and kissed the top of her head. She knew that she wasn't ready for another relationship ,but he was just so sweet.
He let got and asked if she wanted to talk about it. She said not right now and they said good night. He started walking towards the end of the corridors ,but Arianna had grabbed his arm and said "Thank you... for the letter" she began to blush. He knew what had just happened between her and Harry but couldn't resist it. He leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips. They smiled at each other and agreed to meet at the 3 broomsticks in 2 days.
Maybe breaking up with Potter hadn't been such a bad thing after all...
