Dōminaria was a large area existing almost by itself. There were four nations divided by 15 miles of dead land that stretched in a plus shape between the 4 nations. Mountains with peaks in the clouds surrounded the plane on three sides with the western side being ocean front.
To the west there were the westward elves were a fishing community and consisted of folk who used magic in relation the the water. With mist they could fill your brain with a toxin that allowed them to control what you saw. They had the finest archers of the land.
To the North we had the Northern druids, a rainforest portion of the land where the tribes lived in the trees and controlled the plants. They're magic protected their forest from outsiders and in turn the forest protected them with carnivorous flora and fauna.
To the south there were the southern bandits who had perfect communication with the animals around them as well as the ability to alter the molecular structure of objects. It was a useful skill in the Barron dessert they had been thriving in for centuries. It allowed them to find places to hide even in the most deserted abandoned spaces.
And lastly to the east was the Turf, a peace keeping town with borders forged by the god Ulfner himself. Most lost their powers in the turf as it was used as a place for peace making and international negotiations. Ulfner felt that it was necessary to nullify most magics inside of the turf as a way to open the path to clear concise reasonable thought.
