Chapter 103:

Before the start of their vacation, Shi Luo actually didn’t quite understand why Yu Sui wasn’t willing to go to Hangzhou with their teammates.

Although it was a “little honeymoon” for the couple and it was inconvenient to travel with others, the hotel booked by the team had very good sound insulation. It had been pretty difficult to get this time off, the other people in the club would be busy with their own things. Who would care if they slept together at night or not? Even if the two were together every night during the three-day vacation, others might not even notice. Having not gone to the hotel, the base, these few days with only the two of them, was peaceful. Every time Shi Luo would talk to Yu Sui afterwards, saying that he wants to help him too but Yu Sui would just smile most of the time and say that it was already too late and that if he bothers to do so he wouldn’t be able to train tomorrow. Then, he would go to the shower by himself, unwilling to entangle with Shi Luo for too long so as not to delay precious sleep time during the competition season.

How everyone was after falling in love was different. Shi Luo once thought that Yu Sui might be the ‘thin streams flow forever‘ type. He also thought that Yu Sui might have suffered due to his stomach bleeding and his health wasn’t as good as before. He was also older than him by two years and was unlike himself who was like a firecracker that would ignite with the slightest provocation.

It wasn’t until halfway through their short vacation…that Shi Luo’s previous thoughts were all shattered and he gradually acknowledged reality.

Yu Sui didn’t care about going public or not, simply because he really didn’t care what others thought. Two years ago, he was condemned in speech and in writing by the entire online community and he survived. He didn’t care about what others said about him. Since his boyfriend minds though, then they’ll do it according his boyfriend’s mood.

And every time Yu Sui tenderly looks after Shi Luo, he would refuse Shi Luo’s “tit-for-tat” not because he hadn’t felt anything but because he simply turned his nose up at this sort of ineffectual small-scale measure.

Going back to the original question, Shi Luo once again felt that it was a good thing they hadn’t gone to Hangzhou.

If the two of them were together every night, the others in the team might not find anything out but the problem was… the two of them weren’t just together every night.

Slag man Yu’s understanding of certain things was different from Shi Luo’s.

It didn’t necessarily have to be at night.

It didn’t necessarily have to be on the bed.

Inside the Free base, early in the morning, in the dormitory marked with “Whisper”, on the thick wool carpet in front of the closet, Shi Luo was so sleepy that he could barely open his eyes. He pulled the quilt that had fallen on the ground to cover himself. His voice was hoarse, “Captain …I’m really doing to go crippled…”
