I pulled out my dagger going up behind a deer stabbing its head, I was storing up on meat before winter came.

I heard footsteps behind me I quickly turned around almost stabbing a kid, a few years younger than me. The kid jumped back as well he looked like a zombie piglin, I was a bit confused what was he doing here.

"Im sorry, you scared me"I said lightly he nodded "its fine, um Im looking for my family-"he said he shivered a bit in the fall weather and in his thin shirt.

"What do they look like?"I asked i wanted to help the kid.

"Oh how about my sibling first-"he actually explained what the person looked like, it sounded like peanut? Did this kid know them? How?

Those were the few questions running through my mind at the moment. The thing is was this kid trying to hurt peanut? Because if he was he wouldn't forgive himself if peanut got hurt on his watch.

"Uhm hello?"The kiddo said getting my attention, I zoned off into the abyss I didn't hear what the kid had to say about his parents, I mostly concerned that he knew about peanut.

"Oh sorry, I know them uh follow me" I said quietly, pulling my hair back before resisting the urge to ruffle the younger boys hair, as it might frighten the young boy.
