It was originally Cale who would kick the door and CH who'd pocket the card but nah. Their roles are better switched. CH doesn't care much for money while Cale is... Yeah. A scammer. Plus,don't think Cale would be able to break a door. 
I doubt anyone would let him do that. That is more of CHs job
