April. The school entrance ceremony. I rode the bus to school, bobbing and shaking in my seat. While I looked idly out my window, watching the city’s scenery change, the bus picked up more and more passengers.
Most of them were young people wearing high school uniforms. There are also some office workers in this bus, obviously heading to their respective work place with a lifeless look in their face. But the one that catches my attention the most is the unsteady looking elderly lady who stood in front of me, wobbling so badly I thought she was in danger of falling. Considering I had known how packed this bus would likely be, I supposed I was simply reaping what I had sown by getting on.
I was fortunate to have found a seat, but it was still crowded. I forgot about the unfortunate elderly woman and patiently waited to arrive at my destination, my mind clear as a passing stream. The weather was especially fine today, not a single cloud in the sky. It was so refreshing that I nearly fell asleep then and there.
However, my gentle respite was promptly obliterated.
A commotion between an office lady and a young, well-built blond teenager, who sat on the priority seat, has occured inside the bus. The poor old lady from the beginning stood worriedly on their side, clearly uncomfortable with tense atmosphere that has appeared from the two.
They are arguing about the priority seat that was supposed to be used by those who needed and the old. The blond, however, doesn't really care about it and give his own opinion on how he has no legal obligation to offer his seat to the old lady.
Their voice attracted the occupants of this bus due to how quiet it was. But even under the stares of the public, the blond was immovable and remained intolerant to the office worker's reasonings. In fact, his arguments make him sounded like he was more rightful for the seat than the poor old lady.
In the end, the blond ignored both of their presence by putting his earphones in and listening to a music. But the commotion has not yet reach its end as a new contender stepped into the fray.
A bubbly looking girl with a quite well endowed figure stood up for the poor lady. I could see that she was going to attend to ANHS just like me from her uniform. She have a short beige with a unique pair of crimson colored eyes, adding her womanly charm even more.
The way she carried herself also radiated a very bright and friendly personality. I had no doubt that once we entered the school, she will become one of the most popular people and had a ton of friend even if she did absolutely nothing.
Meanwhile, the girl who was seated on my side could be said as the complete opposite of that girl.
With a long flowing black hair, adorned with a small bow on her braided fringe, there was a girl who silently sat on my side with a book at hand. She have a smaller size than the first one, but she made it up with her graceful, slim but still curvy body that was no less charming than the first girl.
Unlike the former, she exuded maturity and confidence that was borderline arrogance. Moreover, I could perfectly see that she was the type that would choose to be left alone rather than with anyone. Her aura was practically telling me and basically anyone to leave her alone.
Our eyes met for a split second before I returned my gaze to the beige haired girl from before.
It seems like even her cuteness could barely budge the blond to stand up fron the seat. Instead, he managed to deflect her earnest request smoothly and redirected it to the others.
