I awoke in a cabin, underneath the soft plush of throw blankets. I sat up and looked around to see Jacob.

"Oh good, you're alive. Bella won't kill me." Jacob voiced with a sigh of relief. "Wha-what happened? Where am I?" I asked. "You were passed out in the middle of the woods, Stiles. The entire town has been looking for you. You were gone for hours. Luckily I found you when I did, buddy. Your lips were bluer than your jeans and you were hypothermic." Jacob explained. "Thanks." I sounded. "Hey, no problem." Jacob voiced.

"But, uh, Bella...won't be so easy to talk to. She's...a bit-" He started before there was a pounding at the door. Jacob looked at me wide-eyed. "Speak of the Devil." He voiced.

"JAKE! WHERE IS HE?! WHERE IS STILES?!" Bella called from beyond the door pounding on it. Jacob opened the door. "Hey, Bella." He answered. "I know he's here. Where is he?" She stated. "He's not in." Jacob lied. "Bulls hit. Move." She told him pushing passed him and entering the house to find me on the bed.

"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW WORRIED I WAS?! YOU WEREN'T ANSWERING YOUR PHONE! ALICE COULDN'T SEE YOU! WE THOUGHT YOU DIED!" Bella raged.

"Sorry." I murmured. "Where were you?!" She snapped. "The woods." I answered. "All day?!" She ranted. "Alright, Bella, why don't we take a chill pill?" Jacob suggested. "Stay out of this, Jacob!" She growled.

"Why were you in the woods?!" She questioned. "I don't have to explain myself to you." I argued.

Bella furrowed her eyebrows. "You weren't. Tell me you were not who I think you were with! Tell me you were not with Victoria!" She raged.

"WHY DOES IT MATTER?! HUH?! GOD, MIND YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS! GODDAMN!" I snapped getting to my feet. "Bella, I think you should go." Jacob said standing behind me.

"She's going to kill you, Stiles." She said. "Oh well." I growled. "You don't care." She whispered. "Never will." I added.

"You need to leave!" Jacob snarled. "Not without Stiles." Bella retorted. "Stiles stays with us." A boy voiced behind Bella. "Sam..." Bella started. "Victoria won't come to us. Our scent is too pungent. She won't think about crossing our land. We'd kill her before she had a chance." Sam explained.

No. I don't want her to die.

"Wait...surely there must be another-" I began. Sam snapped his head in my direction and growled. I lowered my head. Bella stormed off and left us.

The city of Volterra was quiet as I sat in my high back chair.

The door opened and the Vokturi guard entered the circular marble room. "Ah. Jane." I said. "I believe something is happening in Forks." The small girl answered. "Is that so?" I asked. "Demetri senses something...new. A glimmer of something." Jane explained. "Perhaps it is young Bella becoming on of us." I suggested "do what you must. No unnecessary killings, my dear." I told Jane. The four guards left as I turned to Caius and Marcus with a smile. "Interesting news." I voiced.
