What makes you lose sleep?
I'm not only referring to thoughts and nightmares, fears or frustrations. I am also referring to activitys. Is it the possibility of failing a major test that makes slumber seem a choice for the weak? It could be finishing work that couldn't be done at another time.
I've long thought that the midnights hours are provided for the thinkers that like a little serenity when they work. Now I realize that time is a facade.
Only relative when we wish we had more.
Which is why I sleep while I can. No other action in this world can cast as many options for happiness as taking a nap. Sleep while you can and ease yourself towards complete conciousness.
