It was their reception time, he was all dressed up waiting for her downstairs with the guests he was very impatient

his eyes went to the staircase time to time while chatting with the guests with a glass of wine in his hand to see if she came or not , he had selected a gorgeous red gown for her himself especially for this day

Jungkook's POV
I was waiting for the love of my life impatiently , the guests were talking to me but they were like talking in the background I was focusing on the staircase , I just don't want to miss her first look

I sipped on my wine while taking glances from time to time to the stairs , then finally she came ,
my breath hitched while seeing her

"gorgeous!" that was the word that came from my mouth

a maid was holding her while she was walking as her ankle was still hurting a bit , she came down and looked lost while looking at the guests but then her eyes met mine , She immediately looked away

I made my way towards her and she just stood there while trying to avoid me looking everywhere else but not at me

"Cute"I chuckled at her cute behaviour

she hates me but even her hatred seems cute to me

I went near her and snaked my hand around her waist while she flinched and clenched her fists

"You look beautiful Angel!" I complimented her

she just stood there quiet , I took out a rose from my coat

"A rose for my beautiful rose" I extended my hand to give her the rose and she looked at it while being confused

"You" she said

"You..? Were the one who used to send me roses?"she was shocked

"What love you're so naive?" I replied

"Who else could send you those roses if it wasn't me?" I chuckled while she was just shocked

I could see her trembling

A guest came and complimented our couple "You guys make a beautiful couple" he greeted us while handing us a gift

I had my hand around Y/N's waist while she was just giving her social smile

I could sense the tension that she was feeling at that time , She tried to free herself on the other hand my grip tightened

"How can I be this dumb?"she mumbled with gritted teeth and tearful eyes , trying to pull herself away from me

"Don't love" I said

"it's our day"I said while looking into her eyes

We were greeting the guests suddenly the lights went out and the spotlight was on both of us , I had planned all of this

"May I have the pleasure to dance with my beautiful wife?"I extended my hand towards her to hold her fragile one

"J-J Jungkook my ankle hurts" she stuttered

I suddenly grabbed her waist while pulling her closer to me

everyone in the hall cheered for us , our noses brushed against each-other

we were breathing in harmony, I could feel her heartbeat and mine too

I could feel it in my ears, the beautiful rhythm , my heart which beats for her and hers which should only beat for me and no one else ,Her whole body shivered under my touch...

I could only see her beautiful sparkling eyes in the dark and the spotlight was enhancing her beauty even more

my eyes went to her red lips , she had used a red lipstick that made her cherry lips even more beautiful and delicate , her delicate lips quivered
