First day, First job.

Hi, My name is Axel, I am 23 years old I recently got accepted as an intern, I am really excited about My day! I don't live the greatest, but at least I got something, An apartment Half furnished some rusty walls but they do the job well done, My father died during a car crash 5 days after I was born, and my mother doesn't want to have anything to do with me anymore, because I am a "Grownup, and ready to take on this world by myself" Honestly, in reality, I really don't know what I am doing, I guess this is what's special about life, You never know what's waiting for you, it's always filled with mysteries...

Axel woke up at 7:20 In the morning, The first thing he realized is how great the and sunny the morning was, Sunrays reflecting on the walls of the room, Overall the atmosphere was just Great, He woke up from the bed, changed up his clothes, prepared himself a simple breakfast to start his day off, its already 7:45 AM, Realising that he should be rushing to get a cab, as he is already late on his first day, luckily he arrived in time, The building was Huge it even had a garden in the back of it, a pool, dining table, He was feeling so welcomed.

As axel enters the building, the Receptionist greets him.

-Receptionist: Hey, Buddy, welcome! Your first day here right? Well make yourself in, Treat it like your Home!

-Axel: (My home really sucks I don't think I should treat it that way) Thank you!.. May I ask, Where do I exactly have to go for my office?

-Receptionist: Oh, uh, Yeah your office, Yeah yeah one second... Go to the elevator. Number 4, turn straight to the left, Your gonna find your name on the desk, Good luck, uh... Axel?

-Axel:(Yeah that's my name... Thanks.) Alright thank you, man, May I know your name before I go?

-Receptionist: You can call me Mike.

Axel smiled and went on his way to the office... As he arrived, The floor was so Busy, Screaming everywhere, coffee on the floor random paper sheets... He was just not ready for this way of working, Axel sat down, as he is getting ready to do his job, The boss came into his desk rushing, As expected it was one of those Bosses that Weight 400lbs, really sweaty, always angry.

-Boss: You're the new intern right? Get to work kid, here are your tasks.

-Axel: Alright..? Thank you?

-Boss: Get on with it go on, Those tasks won't automatically do themselves by themselves.

Yeah, axel doesn't want to work this way he is feeling way too annoyed and pressured...

(Few hours have passed)

It was time for lunch, Everyone was racing, Axel was confused as to why people are being so aggressive over 1 elevator that can hold a max of 8 people... a guy came over to his desk.

-Co-worker: Dude, get up, You need to order quickly and go back as fast as you can, we only have a 30-minute break.

-Axel: I lost my appetite... I don't think I want to go out anymore...

-Co-worker: Your loss man... They make really great food here.

-Axel: Alright, I'll keep that in mind.

-Co-worker: Also what's Your name?

-Axel: The name is Axel. What about you?

-Co-worker: I'm jake.

-Axel: Well, Nice to meet you, Jake.

-Jake: Nice to meet you too.

As axel waits in a giant room all silent and messy, He spots a girl sitting in the corner of the room, he is too scared to Approach her, He ignores it and continues with his job.

(About 20 minutes have passed)

Axel found himself already about to finish his job, Suddenly, The girl approaches him.

-The Girl: Hardworking I see.

As axel turns to look into her eyes, his face turns all red, he tries not to show it though, Props for the efforts.

She sits on his desk, All he can see is her thigh highs, he tries to not think about it much.

-Axel: Yeah... uh... I really need this job and this is my only opportunity to get some money.

-The Girl: (Giggles) I'm Astra.

-Axel: Axel.

-Astra: Hey, what's up? You don't seem to be doing so well.

-Axel: Yeah... heh... Working here feels like hell, For how long have you been here?

 -Astra: Just 1 year, It feels normal for me, I am used to all of this, The fat people, The annoying people, The people who Literally Grind for a promotion, Something about all of this is just funny at this point.

-Axel: Yeah you seem to be having fun, I am glad.

-Astra: mhm, Thanks... Anyway, see you later!

-Axel: Alright Bye!

Axel, Achieved his first goal. Talking to a woman, for him this felt impossible, but it absolutely happened. He is just shocked.

Axel finished his job, As everyone else did, This time it wasn't as chaotic as before, people weren't being so aggressive over an elevator. Astra reaches for axel's hand.

-Astra: Come with me, I'll show you another way out if you don't want to wait 4h for that elevator to empty up.

Axel is confused, but he follows Astra to The emergency door, that leads to the side of the building, it was so dangerous.

-Astra: And here we are! We are out!... Make sure to not do this every day, the boss might know, he won't be happy.

-Axel: Yeah of course, Anyway, Thank you again, Astra, I appreciate this.

-Astra: No problem... See you again tomorrow?

-Axel: Yeah sure. See you!

Astra smiles gently, Axel feels like he fell in love with her.

As Axel is making his way back home he realizes how the day was actually fun, What made his day even better is Astra's Smile and how kind she was towards him. He really hopes for it to continue this way.
