Abduction

Karls POV:

I lifted my cup to see if there was anything left I could drink before I had to go get another drink.

Just before I could get up, George came in.

"Do you want a drink?" George asked with no emotion in his voice or his face.

"Yes please, I'll have a cup of warm water, please!" I said with big smile which made my eye bags go under my eyes.

George walked for words from the electric doors and grappled my cup from my hands.

"You need some sleep" George said, "I'll do the rest of the paperwork, just go to sleep." He had the look of pity on his face as his eyes scrunched up.

"No I need to do it, I am almost finished" I said looking back down at my notes.

George sighed heavily as he walked of - not even waiting for the doors to react.

Once George was gone I got back to work as I read through my notes to refresh my memory.

I needed to sign off for a mission that needed to take place soon as we had just discovered as planet as much as 10 light years away. The planets name so far was 4146. It was the only planet that everyone had seen for a while that had life on it still.

We needed to see if it had any potential danger to 1114. So they needed to 'borrow' a few people and these people had been selected out of billions of people but they were looking for people who were different and caught their interest and these people did.
