"Oh my fucking god don't start. Yes I'm still in a gang, what're you gonna do about it? EXACTLY, NOTHING—" Michael says getting annoyed already.

Your dad frowns, "Well, as your father—"

You cut him off, "At this point you're everyone's father. Ey Michael, did you know he got a whole other family that he goes home to every night, because I sure as hell didn't."

Your dad is sitting there speechless looking around the room and sometimes staring down at his food.

Michael's face twists up and he starts to get mad and sad, every mix of emotion.

"HOW COULD YOU? YOU DIDN'T EVEN TRY WITH US AND NOW YOU HAVE ANOTHER FAMILY THAT YOU JUST GET TO START OVER WITH, MEANWHILE WE DON'T GET TO START OVER BECAUSE WE'RE STILL STUCK WITH YOU-" Michael says on the verge of tears, but he quickly snaps out of it thinking he'll look week in front of y'all's dad ; that's the last thing he would want.

"I COULDN'T BE THERE FOR YOU ALL. I LEFT BECAUSE I KNEW WHAT WAS RIGHT FOR THE FAMILY, AND ME LEAVING WAS THE BEST DECISION—" He says, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.

Mitsuki and Masaru are sitting there listening to every last word, getting the tea on what's really going on with your family.

Bakugo on the other hand is mainly only focused on you, observing what face you make when your dad starts talking or what face you make when your brother starts yelling at him.

He could tell this all really bothered you, but you would never tell him.

Sure you would tell him if anything was wrong, but he wouldn't understand.

He has a loving, non alcoholic dad that's never left him and his mom, so what's in it for him?

"How...how was it the very best decision...?" You asked, now invested to hear more about his excuses to get away.

"...When y'all were younger I...I was an alcoholic. So bad that I would end up coming home beat up or bad men would come to the house to do so. Your mother always told me that I needed to get help and that she would leave me if I didn't, and she stayed true to her word. I wanted to leave too, I didn't want y'all to be exposed to that kind of living. I couldn't hold a job, I was always sick and needing to go to the hospital. I thought that if I left, y'all would be able to live lives without seeing me struggle, and that was the best way to do it..." He says sighing long and hard.

You start to cry and run out of the room, Bakugo following right behind you.

Michael sits there with a frown on his face, getting up and going into the living room.

Your dad excuses himself and goes outside, re-thinking everything.

Your mom goes into the kitchen and drinks water, trying to calm down.

Mitsuki and Masaru are left there alone, thinking about what went wrong.

Mitsuki felt bad for hosting this whole thing, not knowing it would turn out like this.

Your mom felt bad because she didn't know that inviting y'all's dad would turn out like this.

You and Michael didn't feel bad, but instead were sad and mad and confused, not knowing what to even think.

Bakugo's mind was all over the place, but right now it was only focused on you.

You went up to his room and he came in right after you, shutting and locking the door.

He pulls you into a tight hug, causing you to break down in his arms.

"Y/n..." He says never seeing you cry this hard before, making him really worried.

He lets you cry until you can't anymore, rocking you back and forth in his arms.

"What're you thinking Y/n?" He asks picking you up and leading you over to the bed.

He lays down and makes you sit on his lap, looking down at him.
