Detective Ni-ki (#10)

Heeseung sighed. "Why did you call a meeting? And why didn't you call Jay and Jungwon?"

"I called this meeting without them."

"Don't tell me this is a Jaywon emergency meeting." Sunoo sat on a chair cross sitting.

"Maybe it is."

"Seriously, Ni-ki? We are about to be late. We could've talked about it AFTER the meeting."

"But... but it's an important TEA."

"What's up with you and tea? Just say information or info." Jake pinched his nose.

"Fine fine. Important information. So, as I was sayi-"

Sunghoon cut in. "Oh look, It's time to leave. Let's talk about it later, yeah?" he then stood up and left.

"Whatever.."

"FINALLY! WORK IS DONE!" Ni-ki yelled out loud.

"No need to scream." Jake scratched his head.

"Jungwon and I needs to go somewhere. We'll be back around 8pm" Jay grabbed Jungwon's hand then left the dorms.

"Stay- or nevermind."

"Now that they are gone, CAN I SAY IT NOW?"

"Go ahead." Sunghoon laid on the couch. 

"You all know how Jay and Jungwon have been going out together recently, am I east or am I west?"

"Huh?" Heeseung and Jake said.

"He said if he was right or left. East is on the right and west is on the left." Sunoo lazily said while playing with Sunghoon's hair.

"Oooh, I noticed that too." Sunghoon not taking his eyes off Sunoo.

Ni-ki slammed his hand on the table. "EAST!" 

"Just say right."

"Okay okay, right. Um.... I have a plan-"

Heeseung let out a heavy sigh. "As long as I'm not involved."

"Of course, Of course. Can I tell now?"

"Go ahead."

"The plan is..."

"That's a........ horrible idea like why the fuck do you want us to follow them?" Heeseung pinched his nose.

"Because to-"

"If you are going to stalk them then leave me and Jake out of this. Isn't that right, Jake?" Heeseung glared at him.

"Obviously. Respect their privacy." Jake grabbed Heeseung's arm and walked out of the room. 

"I also think it's a bad idea." Sunghoon spoke up.

"But-"

"Stop, Ni-ki. Even when we ship them, we still need to respect their privacy." Sunoo said then leaves as Sunghoon leaves with him. 

Ni-ki groaned. "I'll just do it by myself then."

Ni-ki is at the park stalking and following the Jaywon couple(not yet of a couple). He covered his hair with a black bucket hat, wore a weird eyeglasses, covered his mouth with a mask of course and wore an oversized purple shirt and loose blue jeans. Someone tapped on his shoulder which made him startled. 

"What the heck are you wearing, Ni-ki?" Heeseung crossed his arms.

"Oh goodness, you scared me." He looked around trying to locate Jungwon and Jay but they are nowhere to be seen. "Dang it. I lost them." He whispered to himself.

"Lost who? Who are those 'them' people? And why are you holding a camera?" 

"Uh..." He tried to think of a lie. "I was just- taking pictures of the park- with my classmates-?" 

"Okay..? Next time, wear proper attire." then he walked away. 

Ni-ki groaned but he continued to look for them.

Several minutes of searching for them, he spots them at the café shop. He enters the café and sits on a seat to watching them. As Ni-ki still spies on them, a person came up to him.

"Ni-ki?"

"AHHHHHH- oh, hi Jake hyung. What's up?" 

"Nothing much. You?" he said it in English and sat infront of him. 

"I'm fine I guess..." 

Jake looked at Ni-ki up and down. "What are you wearing? Is that a dare? It's definitely a dare."

"It's not. I just- uh- don't want to be recognized by hundreds people."

"Okay then.." As he was about to go order a drink for him and Ni-ki, he sees 2 familiar boys. Jay and Jungwon. He looks at them then looks back at Ni-ki. "Are you spying on Jay and Jungwon?" His eyes squinted.

"What? No! Why would I? After what you said yesterday I was- just touched by your words" he showed a small smile. 

Jake smiled and sat down. "I didn't say that they are here though." 

Ni-ki's eyes widen then covered his face. "It's because- I actually... saw them earlier when I came here but they seem busy talking with each other so... yeah."

Jake raised an eyebrow then stood up again. "Seems reasonable.. I guess?" then he leaves.

Ni-ki slowly uncovers his face and let out a sigh. Just as he was about to remove his silly glasses, Jay and Jungwon walked up to him.

"Hey Ni-ki, didn't knew that you were here too." 

"Mhm!"

Ni-ki removed his silly glasses and spoke. "Same here too." 

Both sat on the opposite side of Ni-ki but before they sat down, Ni-ki noticed that they are holding hands.

"Sus. Even Huening Kai sunbaenim would think so too." he thought to himself.

Jay looked at the younger up and down. "What are you wearing? The shirt and pants doesn't even match and you're wearing mismatched shoes. And since when did you cut your hair and dye it?" 

"Third time today.. third time."  he mumbled. "Since I wanted to go outside without a bodyguard today, I decided to change my hairstyle and about the outfit and shoes, I was in a rush today so I didn't notice it." 

The 'couple' nodded. Jake came back with the drinks and sat beside Ni-ki.
