Anna's pov

Being back at work was hectic. I had to catch up on all my work and so did Olivia. The entire week we had been busy catching up and coming a bit late home. Lena too had to help Angelica sort out more new book arrivals.

So we had seen big Lena this whole week and I missed my little baby. I could see it was getting to her. She had never been this long big since she started being our little.

"I'm going to the grocery store, are you going with?" Olivia asked as she took the car keys from the rack.

"Yeah. Lena are you going with us?" I asked Lena who was sitting besides me on the sofa.

"Yes please" Lena said looking relieved. We have been cooped up in the house.

"Alright, I'll wait in the car" Liv said as she walked out of the house.

We quickly went upstairs and dressed us.

"Okay, let's go" I said after we were done dressing.

The car ride to the grocery wasn't a far drive. It was only a 25 minute drive. I made sure to keep a eye out at Lena through rear view mirror, just in case she slips. Some of her toys and car seat were next to her.

I saw her slightly fidgeting while side glance at her toys. It kind of made me worry. I nudged Olivia and indicated at her to look at Lena. She looked and then back at me and frowned.

Olivia mouthed at me to say something. I nod my head and turned my body slightly.

"Lena are you okay, sweetheart?" I asked, turning my head to her.

"I'm fine" Lena said blushing, but she was avoiding eye contact.

"Are you sure, you'll tell me if you feel like you going to slip okay?" I said sternly.

"Yes, I promise" Lena said giving me a shy smile.

I gave her a unsure smile and turned back, facing forward. Finally we made it to the grocery store. We got out and took a cart before walking inside.

"Where to first?" Liv asked as we looked around the store. There was a few things I wanted to get.

"Let's go to the produce section first" I said pointing out the aisle.

"Let's go" Liv said, pushing the cart into the direction of the aisle.

I made sure to check on Lena, who was walking behind us. I didn't feel comfortable with her walking so far from us but I just let her be.

I know big Lena can take care of herself but she is so small, a person could mistake her for a 13 or 14 year old. Plus she looked young in the face.

We got everything we needed and starting walking back to the till.

"Lena, are you sure there is nothing you need? You can take anything you want" I said asked for the tenth time.

Lena didn't want anything but I wanted her to take something.

"Can I get skittles and a bag of lays?" She asked timidly.

"Of course you can" I smiled happily. Finally.

"Are you fine to go on your own?" I asked.

"I'll be fine, just point where the aisle is please" Lena said gently. She had such good manners, she is genuinely a sweet girl.

I pointed to where it was. She nod and started walk to the aisle. I watched her until I couldn't see her anymore.
