This Japanese Urban Legend is about the ghost of a school girl that is said to have fallen onto the line of a railway, to where her body had been cut in half by the on coming train. She is known for being a vengeful spirit. While she is also known to lurk around in urban areas and around train stations during the night time.
And since Teke Teke no longer has the lower half of her body, she travels around on either her hands or elbows and carrie's her upper half of her body, almost dragging it around. While she does this, she makes a "teke-teke" noise.
When she encounters an individual, she will chase them and slice them in half just at the torso, just like how she is. Doing this kills them almost instantly, making them just how she is.
And the only way the person could make her go is to say where her legs were...
