The Poisonous Princess 2 : The Identity Quest

Hogsmeade

Since the accident in the forest I tried to behave better. I went to class, did my homeworks and hang out with the girls. I even missed some flying lessons because I was not in the mood to play ball. The thing that bothered me the most was that Draco became distant. And I couldn't know why.
I turned scenarios in my mind many times and only fund many reasons to hate myself.

"Come on girl ! Move ! It's saturday !" Poppy tried to motivate me.

I was lying on my sheets, watching at the ceiling.

"We' going to Hogsmeade today, remember ?!" She exclaimed.

"The weather is cold and grey..." I complained lazily.

"Oh Bella why are you in a so low mood lately ! Look at this pictures..."

She took my chin to turn my eyes on my wall decor.

"That was a good sunny memory, right ? Let's make new memories in the snow !" She rejoiced.

"Except that it's only us three today..."

"I KNEW it was about him !!" She suddenly sang out !

Shit... she knows. Since when does she knows... I panicked in my mind.

"About what ? I just meant.. us.. Hogsmeade.. it's different..."

"Don't bother Bells, I get it. I suspected since a long time... But don't worry, you will figure this out in time. And no matter the issue, it would be ok... That's true he's kind of heartless but who knows..."

"I don't have a clue what you're talking about Poppy, but thanks, I guess." I lied.

She laughed lightly.
"You know, maybe Draco didnt talk to you since a while... But he stares at you everytime you look away..."

"Really !? I never noticed..."

"That's the point, Bells !" She gave a knowing smile.
I though for a moment and made a small grin in return.

Then, I got up, ready to go.
And I took my camera in the same move.

Thanks to Collin, I could have made more instant films with the gemino spell. He also taught me how to make pictures to move but I decided to not use it.

At the entrance of the castle, Professor McGonagall was waiting to collect all the permissions from students.

"Quickly girls. Saunders, Bulstrode, your permissions..."

I was actually not even aware of the permission form that students needed for this trip. I just fund out then. But has I was the only Hogwarts resident kid, all of my teachers were my guardians somehow. Except that Snape was the legal one.

"Girls... Can I hang out with you ?" Millicent asked shyly.

We turned to her.

"Of corse Milli ! Come with us. " Poppy accepted.

The girls gave their permissions to McGonagall.

"Thank you... Its fine miss Green, I don't need my collegue's signature in my collection." The woman said.

Snow was covering everything, the atmosphere was muffled. At the main street, there were holly wreaths on the doors and strings of enchanted candles hanging in the trees. The view lifted my mood.
Milli suggested to go drink hot chocolat. We agreed but visited half of the shops before.

Everyone wanted to go to Zonko's and Honey Dukes and so did we. It was paradise for younglings ! We all bought little things there. Then I dragged the girls to the sport shop and they refrained me to buy all the Slytherin's Quiddich collection. Then, Gladrags Wizardwear was fun too. We tryed out many clothes, my friends fund cardigan and dress they liked but me, I didn't want to wear second-hands anymore.
