the song is about everyday feeling the same from what I know, and for chase everyday feels like that he's alone more so, with his best friend in a coma/dealing with his own things and his wife and kids leaving him it feels like a blur, the chorus though talking about the house makes me think of him walking around his apartment (I think it was an apartment), the one he used to share with his wife and kids only vast memories exist, and now with his kids being missing his own home pains him, he's always drunk in his home so he can feel a bit of haplessness through the alcohol. Jack tries to visit him a lot, but due to the online threats anti has said basically how he's always watching and stuff he keeps his distance afraid of Anti getting close to him again, Jack blames himself a bit for the disappearance of chase's kids due to jack worrying chase so much to a point where he had to come over and chase realizing that his kid's disappearance is involved with anti. Jack does try to message him every once and a while though, even though the guilt is hard for the messages to even send, meaning jack struggles to send them. Chase wishes for it to be back the way it was, he loved his family they meant the world to him and now that everyone he knows is gone Chase loses himself. Jack is slowly losing his sanity from Anti, he soon leads himself into seclusion shutting himself from the word fearing Anti could hurt them just like how Anti hurt Chase.

this is based off a hc that Jack and Chase are really close friends, childhood best friends and still as close as they were then and from the incidents of Anti they've separated due to Chase's depressive state and Jack's paranoia from Anti possessing him again.
This isn't too long but I hope you enjoyed it, I'll try to update this story frequently but with my own mental health and other life stuff I might take a while to post new hcs
