It was around 11 o'clock in the morning when Sookie found herself waking up underneath the thick sheets of her bed, her eyes half-closed as she attempted to recall how she had managed to end up in bed after a surprisingly enjoyable night out with Godric and Eric.
Who'd have thought the Viking could be such a gentleman? she thought wistfully.
Making a move to stretch her aching body she rolled over towards her left only to catch note of a folded piece of paper sitting on her nightstand. Curiously, she reached over to pluck it from the wooden counter only to smile widely when she caught sight of the familiar scripted writing. It was hard not to remember such elegance.
Sookie
I hope you enjoyed last night as much as we did. Eric has been a bundle of joy since.
Sookie snorted at that; she very much doubted Eric was a 'bundle of joy' as Godric had worded it. She just couldn't imagine the stubborn Viking having the personality similar to that of an overly happy person. It just didn't fit.
Pamela mentioned something about taking you shopping, however, if you are unable to make it please leave a message with Fangtasia.

Trying not to think too much into how Godric had ended the affectionate note she couldn't help but smile despite herself. Still, Pam wanting to take her shopping wasn't what she had planned for her evening. If she was being honest with herself she would have thought the sarcastic vampire had been joking around with her, but she had to admit she was curious as to how Pam would act during a shopping trip.
Chewing her bottom lip she mentally went through her work schedule. She wasn't working tonight. Tara had wanted to switch with her.
Rolling her neck in an attempt to wake herself up Sookie placed the note in the small draw where all of the small notes and cards she received went before making her way towards the bathroom, it not being until she had showered that she caught sight of her reflection in the mirror. She froze; her entire face flushing as she recalled what exactly had happened the night before.
She had allowed Eric to bite her!
What on earth had she been thinking? One minute she had been offering Godric to feed on her, knowing exactly how careful and considerate he was when it came to biting her, and the next she had Eric's rather than Godric's fangs in her neck!
Goodness!
She gasped as she recalled her boldness, the fact she had admitted to being afraid she would give into Eric's actions making her entire face flame with shame.
Still...
The gentleness of his actions had surprised her more than anything else. He had been soft, respectful and most of all he had kept his word that he would keep his hands to himself. It may not have been as pleasurable as when Godric had bitten her but it had been easy to tell the difference between Eric's bite and Godric's. Godric had wanted her to feel good; Eric was simply respecting her boundaries.
She had no doubt he could bring her to high heights of pleasure if he wanted to.
Curving her face to the right Sookie attempted to find the bite marks on her neck only to come up short. She frowned, positive she hadn't dreamed Eric biting her the night before, not to mention the note.
So where were they?
She knew from previous experience that they didn't just go away over night!
Confused, Sookie filed it away to ask Pam about later if they did end up going shopping before she dried herself off and pulled on some old clothes. She had some gardening to get done, and considering it was her day off and she had the entire day free she figured there wasn't a better opportunity to catch up on her chores.
