Here and there you go rushing along the hallways as you chase your buddy, Yuzuha. Dodging all the students coming in your way. The fresh breeze making your hair flow back.

"Loser will pay for lunch!"

"Hey, that's not fair!" You yelled back as she was already close to the cafeteria's entrance.

"Aha!" Yuzuha chanted victoriously as she reached the cafeteria.

You kept running until you reached the entrance. And as soon as you stepped a foot in, you unexpectedly bumped into someone that made you both fall to the ground.

The strong impact made you hiss and rub your forehead, "get off me." A cold voice spoke, making you realize you were hovering on top of someone.

Your eyes widened when you saw Inui, one of your archnemesis. You both locked eyes and anger flowed through your veins. You quickly stood up and marched towards Yuzuha who stood dumbfounded.

"Are you okay?" She asked you with concern visible in her voice as you stood next to her.

"Yeah" You mumbled in reply.

You heard the burnt mark boy click his tongue in annoyance towards your action as he left the cafeteria with Koko which made you more pissed.

You didn't bother to apologize to him since you both despised each other and didn't want to bring each other's pride down. You knew him and his friend Koko because of your closeness with Yuzuha, you and Koko got along well. As for Inui, well the opposite.

"Let's go, I'll pay for lunch" Yuzuha sweetly stated to you that brightened your mood up.

Inui POV

"You okay?" Koko asked concerningly on my left as we walked down the hallway.

"Yeah" I mumbled back in reply.

Koko chuckled, "Hmm you said you would kill anyone even if it's a girl right?" He stated. "Why spare her?"

"Who's her?"

"Y/n"

I was left speechless since I didn't wanna reveal why I decided not to lay a finger on her even though we're always on each other's throats.

I was back from my thoughts when I heard Koko fake gasped, "Could it be that you secretly like her?!"

"What?! No way." I spat back.

"Right..." He replied teasingly, sticking his tongue out.

I annoyingly ignored him and walked faster proceeding to head straight to the lockers.

In the dressing room, you changed into your PE uniform with your other female classmates and tied your hair. You started heading out of the dressing room and into the court where you will be taking your PE activities.
