Backstory : Alexander was born 4 years before Luffy he was raised by in the same village as Ace sabo and Luffy and they become brothers he spent most of his time reading and playing with swords one day when he was out side walking he found an old treasure box with two devil fruits inside them he ate the two fruits which he said kind of tasted bad but he kept walking till a tree branch was about to hit him and it stopped infact everything did it was like time stopped Alexander thought it was so cool then he tried making time move again and it started so he tried like rewinding time slowing it down speeding it up and lot of other things he ran back to go show Luffy Ace and sabo but while he was running there a metal pipe was thrown at him but it just passed by him like it was nothing and his body now felt like it was the wind he ran even faster where he found Luffy being held at gun point by a group of pirates he screams and tells them to stop they just laugh one of the shoots a gun at him the other tries to slice hi but the gun stops in mid air and the blade just passed through him he gets angry and suddenly they all faint then shanks appears who was watching the whole thing Alex asked what was happening shanks told him ( okay this is getting to tiring so everything happens like it does in the rest of the time line ) Alex trains he's abilities for the the next 15 years becoming a master of haki and both his devil fruits he's now 22 leaves to start his grand journey long story short he 25 now he has his own nation with enough man power and such advanced technology he could overthrow the world government if he ever felt like it he's now the fifth emperor of the new world he's nation is named the great paradise he has a grand fleet with 120,000 men 200 war ships and 60 Island under his flag and is considered one of the yonko alongside big mom kaido shanks and white beard
