Chaptah 14

Daniel's POV

Recap;

"Mom, I'm taking Bex for Ice cream!" I yelled. 

"Sure, hun!" She yelled back.

"Bex!!" I yelled again.

"What?" She asked coming down. 

"We're going out for Ice cream." I informed

"Okay." She replied

We walked to the ice cream shop, we ordered our orders and sat down the table. The bell rang signaling that a new customer has arrived. I glanced at the customer and they were Francine and Mari (A/N: you pronounce Mari as "Maree") Oh my lord, I've always taught Francine was pretty. "Hey Bex, do you think Francine is pretty?" I asked Bex. Instead of having a response, she marched her way to Francine and tapped her shoulder. She whispered something to Francine's ear that made her blush a little. Mari chimed in and Francine told Mari something, I couldn't make out what were they saying. Francine abruptly stood up and walked towards me. "So, I heard you think I'm pretty?" She asked.

"Uhhh...erhhhmm" I seem lost for words.

"I take that as a yes." She replied while smiling her lovely smile.

By now, Bex has returned.

"Don't worry, I think I'm pretty, too." She joked.

I let out a chuckle

"I'm just kidding, you don't look bad yourself." She told me

She giggled.

"Fran, my brother needs us, I repeat US." Mari tells her.

She nods amd turns her head so she's facing me

"I guess I gotta go, bye." She waved and did the unexpected, she pecked my cheek. I sure looked like a cherry, right now.
