The rulebook is a simple thing, really. Any and all criminal acts will have an equal and fair retribution. Categories are first split up into age and crime. Then, depending on the crime, it is split up into another category. For example, if you stole, the next category would be what was stolen. If you killed somebody, the next category would be, how. The result is a very large book and a strict, flawless system. Or is it?
