Controllable Ghoul:- Controllable Ghoul gave Jason the abilities to use kagune-rinkaku and ultra regeneration ability. Ghoul normal drawback is taken away meaning he doesn't have to eat human but if he drink blood he could increase his strength.
Martial Art:- Jason is a Martial Artist. Under Red Hood tolerance he learn many Martial arts and master them all.
Weapon Mastery:- Jason is a master in using any weapon. Doesn't matter if it firearms or melee he master them.
High IQ:- Jason has a high IQ that allow him to learn thing quicker.
Haki(Haoshoku, Kebonshoku, Busoshoku):- Jason can use all three type of haki and master them.

Arsenal:- Allow Jason to created any weapons from thin air. He could also created a weapon and scan it by focussing his quirk giving him ability to recreate it again any time he want. The Rider System and suit also consider weapon by Arsenal.
Cyber Sight:- Gave Jason a techno-organic eye giving him ability to scan, change optic sight and gather information.
Ghost:- Gave Jason the ability of a ghost meaning he can become invisible, intangible and fly. When he passes someone he send chills down there spine.
