"Must you continue to annoy me?" I scoffed, nudging my best friend lightly. Abgail sighed and grabbed the trolley, pushing it into the next isle.
I pursed my red lips and sighed. "What's wrong, Ab? You've been quiet all morning."
I watched as she bit down on her lip and fiddled with her fingers. She usually done that when she was contemplating something, though I wasn't going to let this go.
"Brad called this morning," Abigail murmured, running a hand through her long black hair. "I know you told me not to answer when he called, but he said sorry! He told me he didn't mean to hurt me, and I forgave him! Please, please, please don't be angry!" My jaw clenched tightly.
"I'm going home," I spat, grabbing my bag and marching out of the supermarket.
I heard Abigal calling out my name over and over again, "Sydney! Sydney please come back!" But I just climbed into the front seat of my car and took off down the street towards my house.
"Honestly that never happened! -"
I turned off the radio and grumbled silently to myself. I wasn't really in the mood to talk to Abigail, or any of the girls I worked with, so I went inside and changed into a nice black dress before taking off to a club.
"Partying alone? Oh God, you're so sad," I muttered to myself, winking at the bouncer by the door. I somehow always had some dreamy affect on guys with tattoo's and piercings.
I don't know if it is my skinny figure, bright red hair, piercings, tattoo's, or the charming smile I got from my father. I just seem to be in luck every time I hit a club.
"Now I'm feeling so fly like a G6! Like a G6! Like a G6!"
I groaned at the stupid song that had been playing on the radio all week. It's bad enough Abigail blasted it while we drove to the shopping centre this morning. It kinda' gets annoying after a while, even though it is pretty catchy. I must admit to that.
As soon as I spotted the bar, I walked over to the bartender and ordered my bottle of Vodka. Every one who has known me since high school should know by now that Vodka is my most favourite beverage. There is not a day in my life that I go to a bar and not buy a bottle of Vodka. It would be like the end of the world if I didn't get one while clubbing.
"Can I get two Jimmy's and Coke?" I heard a raspy voice say from beside me, placing one tattooed hand on the counter as his fingers held the number of drinks he wanted.
I smirked and turned around, leaning my back on the counter while I hummed along to the song that was known as Take Over Control.
The guy smiled and grabbed the drinks that were placed on the counter while his other hand grabbed my wrist.
"Whoa! Stranger danger!" I exclaimed jokingly, pulling my wrist from the guys hand.
"Oh come on! You were totally asking for it!" He laughed. "Honestly! You were humming and smirking! To me that means 'take my hand and order me a drink so I can get trashed and we can have sex!'" I lifted my brow and pushed my hands against his chest.
"Dude, you obviously thought wrong. You must think you're irresistable or some crap like that, but you're not!" I snapped my fingers in front of his eyes. "Before you go around grabbing girls and expecting them to sleep with you, ask if they actually want you."
"I like you more then I should," he murmured. "Well, I'm Ronald Radke. What's your name gorgeous?" I was starting to think he was bipolar or he was just plain messed up in the head like most of the guys I meet at clubs or in the alleyways near my house.
"Sydney Lane," I muttered, shaking Ronnie's hand.
"Now, would you like to dance? 'cause you realise I'm not letting you out of my sight tonight, right?" I laughed and grabbed his arm, leading him over to the dance floor.
"Besides the whole asshole look, you're pretty cool," I said truthfully, wrapping my arms around his neck. Ronnie grinned, showing a perfect set of pearly whites, and slowly moved along to the song. His hands were gripping my hips and my hands were tangling in his long black hair.
"Wait... Weren't you in Escape The Fate?" I asked, earning a growl in response.
"Yeah. I'm the vocalist for Falling In Reverse now," he said calmly, smiling. I bit down on my lip and leaned up to kiss his cheek lightly-- right where the tear drop was tattooed.
"It's good you're clean, Ronnie," I muttered. "I used to listen to you when the band first started, then I learned you were on drugs and I didn't want to listen to a band that had a singer that influenced by drugs. My friend told me you got sent to jail and got clean. I'm really proud of you." Ronnie's smile widened and he pulled my to his body tightly.
"Marry me?" He joked, pressing his forehead to mine.
"Sorry, I don't marry on the first date." I smirked, running my fingernail across his bottom lip.
"So I'll be getting your number?" He asked, taking a sip from his drink.
"Yep. Then you can call me since I suck at keeping numbers safe. Every time I get a number I always manage to lose it, then I can't find the guy and everything is just-"
His lips silenced mine, only for me to pull away.
"And I do not have sex on the firs-"
"Shut up, Sydney," he laughed, pressing his lips to mine again.
Ronnie Radke was someone I would never have considered dating.
