Two excited green eyes stared at me.
"Take me home with you"
"Wh..what!" I exclaimed not believing my ears.
"Ask me to accompany you at your home, then I'll buy you the wine Chaos" he said as if talking to a five year old.
"Are you crazy!" I shouted, receiving strange looks from the few people in the store. I continued.
"Why am I even asking? You are crazy" I said taking a step closer to him and putting my hand to his forehead, feeling his temperature.
"Yep, you're definitely burning up with insanity" I said mock serious.
Caught off guard by my action he stuttered out a reply.
" Uh, I...I'm not crazy" he said, looking at the small space left between us.
Recovering back to his cocky self, he said. "Come on Chaos, do you want the wine or not? "
"Yeah I do, but if having to invite a creepy guy into my house is the only way of getting it, I'm seriously doubting my methods" I said looking thoughtful.
"Oh well, so much for a nice 'ol bottle of wine" he said turning around to place the bottle back on the rack, doing it very slow on purpose.
"Wait!" Suddenly without thinking I said.
"You can accompany me, but only for an hour" I hurriedly added.
A huge smile formed on his lips.
" See, I knew you couldn't resist me" he said looking smug.
"Don't flatter yourself, it's not you I can't resist" I said looking lovingly at the wine.
"Don't lie to yourself Chaos, it will only get worse with time" he mocked.
"What ever makes you sleep at night, pretty boy" I stated lamely.
After arriving at home I unlocked the front door and waited for Kami'en to arrive with his black bike and my bottle of wine. He kept the wine with him just in case I didn't hold my end of the bargain.
Not like I had much of a choice, a girl needs her wine. I can't eat ice cream on an empty stomach.
He pulled up a minute later, taking off his helmet and walking straight into my house like he owned the place.
"So, where's my wine? " I asked looking at his messy hair.
"Calm down little racoon, people will start to think you have a problem...." cocking his head to the side.
"You know, on the alcohol front"
"Oh, just shut up!" I said snatching the bottle from him, pulling out a wine glass and pouring it half full and placing it in front of him.
Looking at the half fulled glass strangely, he walked up to me, stopping only when there were barely any space left between us and took the bottle right out of my hand. Before I could even protest to his actions, he placed the bottle to his lips and tipped it backwards, taking quite a few large gulps before placing it back on the counter top and wiping his mouth. Sending me a grin.
Giving him one of my best I'll kill you later-when-you-are-sleeping-and-least-expect-it glares, I picked up the glass that was originally intended for him and lifted it to my lips and downed it.
Jip, I definitely should have gone with the rosé.
