Obviously we still had to go bowling, we had booked it and it's too late to cancel. I went in a car with Jaden and Jayla, Coco had already gone with Javon. I started laughing when I thought about what Javon said about her.
"Sofi are you going crazy? What are you laughing at now?" I forgot that Jayla was sat next to me.
"I'm just thinking about how stupid I was. You know earlier? Like how Javon said that Coco was a bitch and he'd pick me over her? I actually believed that shit. But obviously I was wrong, they're clearly having plenty of fun over there"

I was looking out of the window while I was speaking and noticed Coco and Javon stood in the parking lot. Not just stood. Stood kissing.
It made me feel sick, I don't know why. I don't like Javon, do I?

I got out of the car with Jayla and walked over to them, Jaden was following close behind.
"Fun's over lovebirds, we've got to go inside."
"Ugh who are you? And why are you interrupting me and my boyfriend?"
"Your boyfriend?"
I looked over at Javon and he shook his head.
"We'll see."

I walked inside with Jayla, Jaden stayed back with Javon. Coco? She ran off, I don't know where but nobody seemed to care. When everyone got inside we were led to a booth where our bowling alley was, at least this was something to get my mind off of what just happened.
Jayla went first, strike. Obviously, Jayla is actually the best at bowling, no exaggeration included. While Jayla was and Jaden were having their turns Javon moved over to sit next to me.

"Sofi can I speak to you?"
"Javon if it's about you and Coco, I don't want to hear it. You're probably going to tell me you're dating her and you're not allowed to speak to me anymore or she'll break up with you."
"No, um actually I lied to you. When I told you I wasn't dating Coco earlier, I was lying. But I broke up with her. I like someone else"
"Who? Her sister? Her cousin? Someone exactly like her?"
"No. Someone the complete opposite. I need to tell her but she's kind of mad at me right now"
"Oh? Well just say it to her."
"I've actually liked her for a while, but I haven't been able to speak to her much. Actually now that I think about it I've realised that I've actually liked her for years. Since I was 11 actually."
"Cool Javon. But I don't know why you're coming to me for relationship advice, especially after what just happened."
"Sofi wait!"

I'd already stood up and was walking over to take my turn, I was terrible at bowling. But it's fun I guess. I looked back at Javon for a second, he looked like he was about to cry. Why was I acting like this? He's meant to be my friend so why am I treating him like he's an enemy?

I took my shot as fast as I could and walked back over to Javon. I sat down next to him but he didn't look away from his phone. I know im going to sound really obsessed when I tell you this but don't judge me okay?

I looked at his phone to see what he was doing, I saw that he was on Instagram, looking like he was stalking someone 🤨.

I looked at the username and quickly recognised that it was my account, he was scrolling down to the bottom of my Instagram where there were the old pictures of us from before we left. Most of them were from 2017-2018 so I thought it would be funny to 'accidentally' knock his arm. He looked up at me, he was visibly pissed, and embarrassed too.

"Why"
"What do you mean?"
"Why did you do that"
"Do what?"
"You nudged my arm"
"Okay and?"
"Now look!"
"At what?"
"Your Instagram notifications"

I was trying not to laugh, at least he was honest. "Javon why did you like a photo of us from 2017? That was like 5 years ago"
"You made me!"
"Well why were you looking at it?"
Silence. Got him there,

At that point I got this random burst of confidence, I don't know why or where it came from,
"Just tell me you like me instead of stalking my Instagram account stupid"
Before he got the chance to say anything I kissed him, not like me at all. But can you blame me?

I forgot Jaden was sat opposite us, when I looked back he seemed shocked.
"Weren't you guys just arguing and saying you hate each other like an hour ago?"
"Jaden shut up, Sofi what does this mean"
"What?"
"We kissed and you basically just told me that you like me so what now?"
"So you like me back?"
"Of course! Do I need to write it on my head?"
"No no chill, so?"
"Sofi do you want to be my girlfriend?"
