Danny's pov
I'm 18 years old and I just moved out of my apartment because I found out that my girlfriend cheated on me. So I decided to leave her dumbass. I started heading to a small town called Small Lake (This is not a real place I don't think). I started looking for a nice place I could stay.
*time skip*
When I finally arrived into Small Lake, I find a pretty cheap apartment complex called The Bassey Apartments (this is also not a real place I don't think). Once I got my key I remember that the person at the front desk said, "There's not too many rooms here so you might or might not get a roommate." I didn't worry about it too much though.
*time skip a year later*
Amys pov
I'm 18y years old and I'm having a wonderful dream until I hear a loud beeping. I woke up on a Saturday morning realizing I forgot to turn off my alarm clock again.
"ugh" I say to myself, as I go to turn off my alarm clock and go to grab my phone off of my bedside table I hear a small thud, I nocked my phone off the table I grounded and sat up grabbing my phone off the ground. I see that my mom was texting me earlier, I looked at the time seeing is was 1:00pm I look back at the text mom sent me.
Mom: Good morning hope you have a good day
I get up out of bed and head towards the bathroom so I can shower right as I'm closing the bathroom door I hear a knock at the front door. I open the door seeing a piece of paper taped on the door it said I was kicked out and I have only 2 weeks to move out. I was surprised that there wasn't a description on why I was kicked out. I went back to the bathroom and showered after I was done I got dressed and flopped on my bed face first and screamed into my pillow.
*time skip 2 weeks later*
Today was the last day I had at my apartment I already figured out were I was going to live it was called The Bassey Apartments, it's way more cheaper then this place. I get into my car getting ready to leave.
*at the apartments*
I get my key from the front deck and walk to my room knowing that there might be someone in there also as I opened the door I see a guy sitting on the couch watching his phone he turns his head and says hi to me I say hi back
Danny: "My name is Danny" he said
Amy: "Oh, my name is Amy" I said
