Saturday morning has come, the air was fresh along with the snow falling from the light gray sky. Kyosuke appeared on the sidewalk waking back home from a trip to a small shop nearby.
He had brought back some warm bread with an energy drink since he was still pretty tired from his workout with two of his friends.
He didn't really want to go but his friends basically made him tag along. He was mostly lonely at times but he still had energetic people to hang around with.
Kyosuke had teal colored eyes with dyed white hair. He personally liked his hair and didn't really care what others think about it but he genuinely cared what his mom thinks.
He lives alone with his mom and didn't know who his dad was since apparently he left before his birth. The white haired boy was actually enjoying the cold weather even if a small amount of snow got in his small black yet fashionable boots.
While admiring the frozen trees in a tiny forest that could have been seen a few hundred meters away from the sidewalk, he felt a vibration from a notification come from his phone in his coat pocket.
He sighed and slowly took out his phone with his cold hands. The boy typed in his 6 digit code to unlock the screen preventing from accessing his home screen.
Kyosuke stared annoyed at the small screen to just to see almost all his friends talking and typing in a group chat about something he didn't really cared about.
Starting at his phone he felt all gladness leave his body since he didn't want to read and receive a million texts from a pretty big group chat.
He was about to close his cellphone but a message notification popped at the top of his screen. It was a notification that wasn't from the group chat. He quickly looked who it was from and soon noticed it was from one of his close friends, Ezekiel.
Ezekiel was one of his first friends that he met when he was thirteen years old. Surprisingly, the two boys had a lot in common which at the time, really astonished Kyosuke because he always had a rare taste in music, movies, shows, art, etc...
Still annoyed from all the notifications, Kyosuke gathered the energy to look at the message sent by his friend.
He read the message to himself out loud.
"Hey Kyosuke, this year I decided to try out for the school Volleyball team and I wondered if you wanted to try out with me. I know that you have almost no experience but I could teach you how to play and you could stay at my place on weekends for me to teach you and for us to train. What do you think?"The young boy got intrigued rather quickly from the request that Ezekiel offered him. So he replied right away and accepted since he had nothing better to do. He also didn't want to say no to his warm-hearted friend and if he declined, Ezekiel would had probably begged him until he said yes. "Yes I think it would be a fun experience and I don't think my mom would mind me coming to your place in weekends."
When he finished sending the message, he realized he just had arrived home. He got the key to unlock the front door out of the same pocket he put his phone back in and opened the door.
Kyosuke was tired from today's events so he decided to go to bed. He got in bed without taking a shower and fell asleep almost right away.
