Weird Science

Chapter 4

My last class is science. Advanced science, for some reason the principal thought it was a good idea to put me there. As I walked in I saw those two girls again. Phoebe and Alex as I recall. They waved over at me.
"They're just trying to be nice", I kept whispering to myself, "it's normal just go with it".
But last time I "went with it" I was stuck in the girls locker room with nothing but my bra and underwear. It was the most embarrassing moment in my entire life. Not to mention my crush was the one that found me.
Anyways I'll need to stay aware of things.
I walked over to their table.
"Hi,umm Phoebe and Alex right?",I said.
"Yeah, wow I didn't know you would be in Advance Science", Phoebe responded with a grin.
"Yeah m not really sure why...
"Well you know maybe they thought you were really smart,she said.
"Umm maybe."
"Well you can sit here if you want, right Alex?"
"what!?"
"Just sit somewhere else for today, ok.?", Phoebe said with a stern look.
"Fine."
I looked at her and flashed a fake smile, she sort of scared me for a second.
We had an experiment that day . We had to see if either sodium or chlorine will make the solution purple.
I picked chlorine while Phoebe picked sodium.
"Let's see who's right ,shall we?"
She tested hers first ,nothing.
Then I tested mine, ...boom!
It worked , and I knew it would of but I didn't know how I knew.
"See you are in here for a reason ", remarked Phoebe.
"Yeah",I thought.
The bell rang and Phoebe was the first one to pop up off her seat .
"Yes the day is finally over", she said.
"I'm glad it is too",I responded back.
"Well after school most of the school guess to a dinner, you want to come?", she said.
"Sure ",I said, "where is it at"?
"Your grandma will know", she said with a smirk.
