Today was kind of stressful, but luckily my doctor had suggested to me. You can call or text some other teenagers, they're professionals, and you just tell them what's going on with you.
Also, you get someone new each time you text or call. (Stays the same person until y'all end the conversation.)I tried it out today, I actually really like it. The teen I was talking to was really nice. She sent me a link to a website that gave me a lot of coping mechanisms so I wouldn't SH.
I was really stressed out, and she calmed me down.
If anyone needs the number, just ask, and I'll send it to you. "No Problem Is Too Big And No Problem Is Too Small", is what their moto is.Anyways.. I feel so much better now. Just thought I'd share that.
