Shane was very hesitant but, finally entered the house. Nick and Ng tried to make her feel comfortable. Nick took her to his room.
Shane: Nick, are you sure?
Nick: Sure about What?
Shane: Sure about your feelings towards me...
Nick: WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Shane remained silent.
Nick: Shane, first of all understand you are no less than anyone here. You are one of the best wedding planners in the state. You earn more than us in an year. It was all your hard work. And I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD. I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ANY TIME.
Shane started to cry and hug him tightly.
Shane: All people who tell this always leave me in the middle. First my father.... then my mom.... I started to love you so much. I don't wanna loose you ....
Nick: Shane you are a blessing for me, I will love you with all my heart. (He breaks the hug and points at his chest.) This belongs to you. I promise you.
Shane: Thank you. These words are enough for me. I love you.
Nick: (Hugged her tightly and they both lie in the bed. Nick kissed her in the forehead) I love you.(He whispered)
They both fell asleep.
Time skip
Next morning.
Nick didn't see Shane anywhere so he came out. He saw his sister trying to hit Shane. He ran over and stopped her.
Daisy: WHAT THE HELL.
Nick: I should be the one asking it right...
John: Daisy, just come here. I don't want to talk with people who don't respect me.
Daisy: But, Dad...
Shane did not say anything and the same goes with Nick. Nick sees Shane standing with her eyes filled with tears. He ran and hugged her.
Nick: It's Okay.
Time skip
A month later
Every day was hell for Shane. She was bullied by everyone. Although Nick and Ng supports her she always end up getting hurt by Nick's family members. Nick treats her like a princess. Nick fell for her after getting to know her while arranging for his best friend's wedding party. She was the first girl who ever rejected him, This made him more interested in her. Shane always rejected him even though she developed feelings on him soon because of the family background. But, finally she confessed after her mother's death. Nick was the one who helped her overcome the sadness and recognize the beautiful things. She didn't want to loose him at any cost. She wanted to shout that Nick loves her but her inferiority complex always stopped her. Nick always mad her fell her importance in his life.
Morning
John: There is a success party today. I don't want to be embarrassed. So please everybody behave properly.(Saying this he went out)
Time skip
Evening
Many business partners and share holders came to the party. Nick was the person who worked hard for it. Everyone was praising Nick. Nick was so into welcoming guest that he left Shane alone. Shane didn't complain cause she knew about him. Moreover She was very proud of him. Everything was fine until Shane accidentally spilled juice on one of the guest's dress.
Shane: I am sorry mam...
Guest: How dare you? Are you a servant here? Do you know how much this dress cost? Idiot.
Shane was standing with her head low. Suddenly she felt a sharp strike in her cheek. She looked up to see John... He eyes started to shed tears.
John: (Turned to the guest and apologize to her) I'm sorry mam, She is a new servant, That's why. (He turned to Shane) You useless, you are fired.
Shane's eyes did not stop shedding tears. She was about to leave but stopped when she felt a pair of lips on her's. It was Nick. He kissed her harshly. Shane understood that he was angry. Nick parted from the kiss.
Nick: (Looked at John) She is not any maid to be beaten or fired. So it would be a pleasure if you fucking stop bothering her. AND EVERY ONE HERE LISTEN. THIS GIRL STANDING BESIDE ME IS MY GIRL FRIEND. IF ANYONE DARE TO HARM HER, I WILL NOT SPARE THEM. (Saying this he pulls Shane and leaves the place with a car.)
The ride was silent until.
Shane: Nicky...
Nick: (He just punched the horn with all force he had and looked at her) Shane can't you stand for yourself? Uhh? I can't be there all the time. You are really bothering me.(He said with clear anger and disappointment. For a few minutes again the ride was silent. Suddenly Nick stopped the car.)
Nick: I can't wait anymore, Let's marry.(He said looking at her seriously.)
