12- Hurting

Ayla stood stumped, she couldn't believe the fact that he was connected to it all.

Harveys eyes had widened when he realised what he had just slipped up and said. Ayla looks at him with a grimace and shook her head.

"Out of all those who I'd met in this prison, you were the last one I thought who'd lie to me, who I'd mistrust" she said with a dark chuckle.

Harvey stepped towards her and she shook her head. "Dont, I don't want to hear anymore pretty words." She said as she turned to walk out.

She looked back one last time hoping he'd stop her, that he'd explain how he knew Bella but she just saw him standing there with his head hung low. She almost turned around and demanded for awnsers but bit back her words.

She bit her lip as she felt her tears build up and she didn't want him to see her or anyone for that matter so she dashed to the room and found Lina on her bed.

Ayla didn't acknowledge her as she curled up into a ball on her bed.

Lina watched as Ayla just hopped onto her bed but didn't think much of it till she heard a sniffle. Lina blinked a couple of times, she thought she was mistaken till she heard another.

Lina smirked as she thought about the perfect opportunity.

Lina slipped out of her bed and sat beside Ayla who lay curled up and shook every now and then.

"Ayla" Lina said in a soft voice as she put a hand on Aylas shoulder.

Ayla stiffened but sat up and pulled her legs to her. Aylas bright eyes were filled with unshed tears, her face was flushed and her lips trembled slightly.

Lina was attracted to women more than men it was no news to anyone but right now she found Ayla so breathtakingly beautiful that for a moment she forgot what she had planned till Ayla frowned.

"What do you want? Can I just get some time before you-" Ayla started to speak but Linas hug cuts her off.

Aylas eyes widen and she freezes as Lina squeezes her waist as if in reassurance.

Ayla doesn't speak as Lina leans back and smiles at her softly. "I was surprised to see you like this, not a very pleasant sight." Lina said and Ayla just observes her.

"Even after all the mess girls need to stick together at the end of the day, is everything alright?" She asked with voice laced in concern.

"Uh yeah, just a bad day"

Lina looked at Ayla and smiled, "Thats good, if you need some company let me know. I know you aren't comfortable sharing anything with me so I won't bother asking but know that I'm there." Lina said as she put her hand on Aylas thigh and give it a soft squeeze.

Lina shifted and sat beside Ayla with her back resting against the wall. She grabbed Aylas hand to console her and just sat there in silence.

Ayla was too tired to bother saying anything and dozed off after a couple of minutes.

Lina watched as Ayla slipped into deep sleep. She shifted her so that the two lay beside each other and put a pillow under Ayla and her head.

Lina was close enough to share the same breath as Ayla who had a couple of loose strands falling on her face.

Lina pushed it away as she leaned in and pressed a kiss against an asleep Ayla's lips. Lina felt her body brim with excitement at being able to be intimate with her.

She got up to pull her jumpsuit off, "Lina?" Ayla called out as she got up and sat beside Lina who gulped hoping that Ayla wouldn't do anything about it.
