Getting adopted

I was in the hospital for three days before they had let me go home "Hey kiddo you ready to come home" Batman asked coming into my room "Yes" I say letting a big sigh escape my lips. I went to the left side of the room to pick up my son Bentley. Batman had gotten us back to the orphanage before supper and had my room set up next to his with all Bentley's things, I cried when I saw it "Batman did you really do all this for me" I asked in tears "Yes of course" He answered hugging me well wiping my tears. "Thank you, Batman," I say looking at the room and noticing that they even got baby clothes for Bentley "Sooo what do you think," Batman asked "I love it, Batman, I don't think I could ask for more," I say putting Bentley in his new playpen.

(Time skip)

2 year later.

I'm now 17 well Bentley is 2 year old and it's adoption day again 'yay' I think as it has now been one year since not only having Bentley but since Josh cheated on me and left me to take care of our son alone. I had gotten Bentley ready in a tan Nike jogger set and white runners and put him in his playpen as I went to get myself ready. I had put on a crop top and blue ripped jeans with black fishnets.

After I had gotten ready I went and got Bentley, I walked down the stairs with Bentley in my arms and put him down in the toy room with the other little ones I had started to walk back when I had bumped into someone I fell flat on my ass "Oww" was all I said when I hit the ground "Sorry" I heard the voice from across the ground "It's fine" I say looking up at them "Wow" I say not realizing I said it out loud it was a boy about my age he had fluffy brown hair and beautiful brown eyes nice pink lips and kinda tan skin "Am I that disappointing" he asked "What no sorry I just meant your cute" I said not knowing what to reply with. "Thank you, your cute too," He said well extending me his hand as he had gotten up already, "What's your name," He asked "Kenisha, you" "I'm Josh".

(Josh's Pov)

I looked down at my phone well I stuck it in my pocket that's when I feel myself land on the floor "Oww" Is all I heard across from me I look up and it was a girl she's beautiful, big dark eyes and pink lips tan skin and curly Y/h/c hair "Wow" I heard her say "Am I that disappointing" I say getting up off the floor "What no sorry I just meant your cute" she says looking up at me well still on the ground "Thank you, your cute too," I say "What's your name" I ask "Kenisha and yours" She asks "I'm Josh" I answer "Cool" She says well grabbing my hand "What are you here for Josh" She asks "I'm just here with my friend as he wants to adopt a kid" I say "Oh okay" she says well walking with me to the front desk. "Hey Batman" Kenisha says to a man behind the desk "Hey kid, whats up" He asked not looking at her "Nothing I brought my new friend Josh over he's looking for his friend..." Kenisha looks up at me with questioning eyes oh "OH sorry Griffin" I respond to her well looking from her to the man behind the desk "right Griffin is in the older kids room, is that not where your supposed to be" The man finally looked up at the small girl next to me "I'm going now" She responded well looking at me.

(Kenisha's Pov)

"Come on" I laughed well pulling Josh by the arm "Okay, I'm coming" Josh responded we walked into the room I noticed the man instantly seeing as he didn't really fit in with the group "Hey" Griffin called over Josh "Hey, I was looking for you then I bumped into this cutie" Josh exclaimed pointing at me and bring me over to Griffin with him. "Hey" I said just above a wisper well extending my hand out to Griffin "Hi" He said shaking my hand "Do you mind if I ask you some questions" He asked pointing to a table in the room "Sure" I say walking with them we finally sit down. "How old are you" Griffin asked starting off easy I guess "I'm 17 almost 18" "Okay and what do you like to do for fun" He asked, *so he's asking the basic questions* I think to my self "I like to draw, sing, dance, read, cook and sakte" I say Looking around. "Hey" Batman called me "Hey what's up" I called back "Look who wanted to come see you" He said with Bentely in his arms "Awww come here bubba" I said opening my arms.

(Griffin's Pov)

I have talked to everyone in the age range that we wanted and the only little girl that stood out to us was Kenisha she was sweet and I think she has a baby which I don't mind but how is my question, I don't want to question her cuz that would be rude so I'll just wait and see. "Hey Dylan" I call to the man Kenisha calls Batman for some reason "What can I do for you Mr. Johnson" He asks "I would like to adopted Kenisha" I respond looking back into the room while she holds the little boy in her arms "Are you sure, you do realize that the little boy she is holding is her own-" I cut him off "Yes I know and I will be taking him to but not adopting him she leaves with him as her own" I say looking back at him "Okay" He answered well walking towards her it was like he stopped for a couple seconds before actually reaching her. He stood talking to her for a couple minutes before she got up and hugged me I couldn't really understand why she hugged me I just asumed that it was because I adopted her. "Thank you" She said not looking up at me "For what" I asked lifting her chin up with my thumb and index finger "For looking past everything and seeing me" She said burying her face into my stomach again.
