-// Kaeya's Pov //-

•_ I woke up to something heavy on my head, opened my eyes to see dainsleif sleeping. I smile and chuckled at the sight but I put his head on my lap and I take the book off his hands to see the tightly as khaenriah. I look at him, "could he be..." I sigh nervously as I flick through the pages,

"Khaenriah King, Sir ansturay alberich and the Queen, Mrs lewsia and their humble son kaeya alberich alongside their royal Knight dainsleif and the alchemist albedo. The son soon to be the heir to the throne to khaenriah."

•_ I cleared my throat, "why do I need to be the next heir to the throne..." I say tearing up,I quickly move the male to the other side and get up walking off to the mondstadt winery.

•_ a few hours later I make it after a troublesome road of hilliechurls and slimes...I myself didn't feel comfortable killing them since I knew they were my people of my own nation...but it had to be done...I had to end their misery..

•_ I went inside the winery to see venti and rosaria already there drinking already drunk, "master diluc may I have a wine bottle please~" I said in a fake tone as he rolled his eyes and threw me it as I catch it in my third hands. "So hard boo hoo~" I whine as I take a sip laughing.

•_about an hour of drinking I was drunk I had no idea what I was doing I think I was just laying on the table doing absolutely nothing.

// Dainsleif's POV //

•_ I have to came to a conclusion that that's my lord for sure, how do I know this? Easy...he had left abyss trails which is a point 1 and he looks just like my lord back when he was a child point 2. He also looks a lot like his mother point 3. So it all sums up to one. He is the Prince soon to be king.

•_ I sighed getting up walking to mondstadt, "I believe he will be at the winery drinking so I'll head there and assist him if needed to be took home." I say to myself as I go into a portal that lead in-front of the winery door.

•_ I walk inside and everyone's eyes were on me, I saw kaeya on the table drunk and half conscious...I walk over to the bar and see two drunk people sleeping as I roll my eyes and sit down.

•_"anything will do other than grape juice" I say putting my money on the table, "and oh I'd like to pay for that gentleman over there" I put extra mora on top as the guy stares at me confused and nods, "as you wish" the male with red hair said getting a wine glass and putting it in-front of me pouring some dandelion wine in.

•_ "whats your name" I ask as the male looks at me and sighs, "diluc, and you?" Diluc says as I nod, "dainsleif, it's a pleasure to meet you" I say looking up at him as dilucs mouth parts to say another word, "kaeya talks awfully much about you" diluc says calmly, "oh? What does he say" I ask curiously, "hmm..'dainsleif is my friend' 'dainsleif was the best back then' those as such" diluc says while cleaning a cup, "ah...who is he to you?" I ask tilting Mt head to the side finishing my glass, "my father raised him so I'm like his non-bialogical brother we are very close...but that did not last" he says is I nod.

•_ "how so?" I say as he sighs sitting down in-front of me, "when my father died, he said that he was the traitor and I snapped since I didn't know what to think or how to take it in...I honestly didn't know what to do so we fought..but he got a vision so I didn't bother after that..I regret my actions but like I was blind back then.." diluc says as I sigh, "kaeya did have a rough life..his home got destroyed I mean..his whole nation got destroyed, his family died...well I don't know if his father is still alive but he left and he's sure to be dead by now...he is now got put under pressure.." I say as the red head sighs face palming.

•_ "he should have told me...I'll take him to my place for tonight feel free to join if you please" diluc says as I shake my head, "I only came to check up on him but I will come back to see him tomorrow I'd so later" I stand up leaving the tavern.

// Diluc's POV //

•_ "EVERYONE LEAVE THE TAVERN IS CLOSING EARLY TODAY" everyone groaned as they walk out I had to throw out venti and rosaria because they wouldn't budge.

•_ I walk over to kaeya and stroke his head, "you could have told me your problems kaeya, we could have done something about it" I sigh picking up kaeya and walk out the tavern closing it.

•_ I walk to the winery in piece without hilliechurls in my way or any other monsters which lead me to superise since these areas are packed with them.

•_ I enter the winery and go upstairs and put him in my room on the bed. I take off his boots and fur cover and put it on the chair as u go to the door and smile closing it.

// Kaeya's POV //

•_ I was having a nightmare..but it soon turned into a pleasant dream...diluc appeared he said words I thought I would never hear in my life, "hello brother, no matter what we will always be together...now that I have heard the whole truth i will stand by your side till the end without hesitation even if tragedy struck!" He disappeared as I teared up smiling.

"Ok brother...thank you"
