"Fumi?" A male entered the room with a plastic bag full of snacks as kaidou tensed up "That guy..who's he?" The male asked "Huh!?" Fumiko stood up from her seat as kaidou gulped "Where's mitsuki?" He asked as he scanned the room "Wait a minute. Why are you here?" Fumiko questioned as the male just smiled

"I missed my wife "

'Who's he?' Kaidou thought as the male whipped his head around to look at him "Who's he?" The male asked "He has fluffy hair, can i touch his head?" Katsu asked again as fumiko's eye twitched in annoyance "Leave him alone, father" Fumiko glared at him "Do you know how to style hair?" The father asked while hovering above kaidou "Yes, I.." Kaidou got cut off by the father "You have really fluffy hair, self taught?" The father asked as kaidou nodded "Y-yes" Kaidou nervously replied as the father opened his mouth to speak again but was kicked instead

"I said leave him alone, father!" Fumiko folded her arms in front of her chest "Fumi, A young girl like you shouldn't use her kicks to assault her dad" Katsu pouted "They do these days" Fumiko remarked

"It's been so long since I came home" The father said as he sat next to kaidou on the couch "But mitsuki isn't home" He frowned "My daughter even used violence on me" He wiped away his fake tears and continued "There's even some guy I don't know here!" He laid back on the couch as kaidou tensed up beside him "At least give us a call in advance.That's common sense" Fumiko deadpanned

"Fumi, I'm Hungry~" The father said as fumiko raised a brow "Please cook me something!" He clasped his hands together as if he was begging "Tch-I can't stand you!" Fumiko clicked her tongue in annoyance and headed towards the kitchen"She would complain but still make it for me" The father told kaidou "Amazing daughter, right?" He smiled as he turned his head to kaidou "Y-Yes!" Kaidou replied nerviously "I haven't introduced myself" Kaidou realized and tried to stand up to bow "It's fine, Sit down" Katsu pulled him back down

"Who are you, again?" The father poked kaidou's cheek "I'm Shun kaidou." Kaidou introduced himself as the father hummed in compliance "Did I interrupt you both?" The father smirked as the boy turned red "N-No!" Kaidou stuttered as the father chuckled "Did anyone tell you that you have really weird hair?" The father reached out for his hair when he suddenly received a smack on the back of his head, it was a hard smack too because kaidou heard the sound of the impact perfectly "Here's your snack" Fumiko smiled with gritted teeth and left to go back to the kitchen right after

"I'm sorry, I have no idea who my daughter takes after. She has a domestic violence tendency" The father told kaidou as he began eating the snack fumiko made "No, she's not like that" Kaidou defended as the father's face darkened and the atmosphere started to become uncomfortable"I won't hand my daughter to you." He said in a serious tone as kaidou's breath hitched and nodded slowly "Kiddingg! I always wanted to try saying that" The father laughed as kaidou's face turned into pure shock and confusion, making fumiko's father laugh even more

"Fumi~!" The father called out "What is it?" Fumiko walked back into the living room "Kaidou is your boyfriend, right?" The father asked, making both teenagers freeze in their spot, Fumiko and kaidou make eye contact before fumiko opened her mouth to speak "Yeah, you got a problem with that?" Fumiko said with red tint on her cheeks "Fumiko-chan.." Kaidou blushed "Fumi, I want to talk with him alone" Katsu said as fumiko gave kaidou a thumbs up and went to her room

"Are you really okay going out with fumi?" The father raised a brow "Yes, It's because I like her a lot.." Kaidou answered without hesitation "So cuteee!" The father exclaimed with sparkling eyes "Eh? Katsu?!"

Mitsuki walked in the house and was met by a star-struck katsu who froze in his spot as soon as he laid his eyes on his wife "What do i do..I didn't prepare enough for your dinner" Mitsuki cupped her cheeks in a panicked state "Fumi, Haru, Aki, Fuyu, Kaidou, Myself" Mitsuki did a head count before shaking her head "It's okay, I'm going home anyway" Kaidou reassured, calming mitsuki down a little

"You can borrow kaidou's tableware" Fumiko told katsu as he audibly gasped "The father doesn't even have his tableware?" He clenched his heart and fake cried "Such a baby.."

Later..

The teenagers walk down the road as moon shined above them "Anyways.." Fumiko cleared her throat "I'm sorry about my father" Fumiko apologized "It's okay.." Kaidou replied as fumiko chuckled "Really? He's willful and stubborn" Fumiko said as kaidou smiled at her "I find it acceptable when I think it's because they're part of the mori family"

"Kaidou.." Fumiko called out "Yes,Fumiko..?" Kaidou's face turned red when fumiko suddenly held his hand without a word, how lucky could he be?? "I want to understand you little by little, it would great if i can do that " Kaidou said as he avoided eye-contact "The same goes for me too" Fumiko tightened her grip of kaidou's hand and looked at him directly, catching kaidou off guard "Really?" "mhm..!"

"You can see me off here" Kaidou said as the teenagers halted at the bus station "Okay, Be Safe.." Fumiko released kaidou's hand from her grasp and turned around "Fumiko-chan wait" Kaidou pulled fumiko's hand back as she looked at him with red pigmented cheeks "Be safe on the way home.." Kaidou said as he let of her and fumiko nodded "S-See you tomorrow..!" Fumiko bid farewell And ran back home, kaidou just watched her figure and smiled to himself

"I now understand the yearning behind the words see you tomorrow" Kaidou muttered as he looked at his palm and remembered how tightly fumiko held his hand, wearing a grin as he patiently waited for a bus to come by
