In the Autobot Base.

"In high site, we accomplished what was required. With Unicron's awakening, extreme measures needed to be taken: enemies became allies, allies became confidantes. And with the Matrix of Leadership, the planet Earth was saved. Though at an immeasurable, personal cost. When Optimus surrendered the matrix, he lost more than the collective wisdom of the Primes. He lost himself." Ratchet explained the previous events to everyone.

"That doesn't follow." Arcee narrowed her optics. "Optimus knew Megatron."

"They we're like BFFs!" Bulkhead explained.

"What does BFF stand for again...?" Bumblebee bweeped in confusion.

"How can Optimus remember megatron and not us?" Asked Grimlock. This whole thing is a bit confusing to him.

Ratchet choose to ignore bees question since he figured the kids would explain it later to him." If Optimus did not know his own name, perhaps it is because the title of prime hadn't been granted to him." Ratchet concluded.

"What?" Said Agent Fowler who is as confused as the kids now.

"Come again?" Said Miko.

"With the power of the matrix no longer within him, it would stand to reason that Optimus has reverted to his pre-Prime state. orion pax, a clerk."Ratchet explained.

"So He thinks he's his old self in his mind?" Asked Nurce Darby

"Hold on! You mean to tell me Optimus is some kind of Librarian and a Decepticon?!" Said Agent Fowler who is a bit mad and confused.

"Uh, What's a librarian?" Grimlock asked Arcee as he leans down to her level a bit. He never been to a library so he wouldn't know what a librarian is.

Arcee pondered a bit on what would be the best way to explain what a librarian is to Grimlock."it's Someone who's job is to sort books and records." She said.

"Oh okay, Thanks." He said as he then goes back to paying attention to what ratchet is saying.

"Being an Decepticon is a choice, agent Fowler. One that I have a hard time believing Optimus would make at any point in his life." Ratchet xplained.

"So if he's riding with the cons..." Bulkhead pondered.

"Megatron's working some kind of voodoo..." Arcee finished his sentence for him, gritting her teeth. They're going to get Optimus back, no matter what...

"Optimus may not currently be a Autobot up here." Ratchet said as he points at his head. "But I believe he will never stop being one in here." He said now pointing his chest. "We must locate him, to know for certain."

"Hold up. I have a chip lodged in my behind that lets Uncle Sam knows when I stop for donuts. Are you telling me you can't just track Optimus?" Fowler asked.
